Hey guys,
A pretty interesting episode to start off the week and we see the rekindling of old and beginning of new relationships which will determine the course of MJ and Tara's life. Firstly, hats off to the CVs, Viraf and Dadaji for being so brilliant in this episode - the emotions were so beautifully captured đđđ
Ok so as the episodes progress, we're starting to see how each and every character in the show, whether they be major or minor, have some kind of a back story, a reason behind why they're the way they are. This is really interesting because often other shows don't focus on these things where some characters remain unexplained but I like how EBI tries to show a snapshot of everyone
MJ - Tough on the outside but very emotional on the inside. He craves love and respect and has lost all desire to live. However, I feel that he actually wants to live now because he is really worked up about trying to expose Tayaji and finding clues for his own case. But why is that? Whether he admits it or not but he wants to be Tara's husband, her friend...her everything but there's still doubt in his mind if he can ever really escape his death sentence. That's why he is trying his absolute best to keep her as detached as possible to avoid her from being hurt. Will he open up to Tara so soon? that remains to be seen.
Tara - Opposite to MJ as she is soft on the outside but quite tough on the inside. Honestly she is quite hard to grasp because she can be really mature and understanding but then she can also be childish and a tad bit annoying as well. I think her constant prodding and that act of revenge wasn't just to make score level but to actually frustrate to the point where he'll speak out against her and tell her why he is the way he is. She wants some kind of a reaction to understand what is actually going through his head. She's definitely not going to leave him and her dialogue "life mein agar life partner ki dil ke raaz nahi jaana toh kya kiya" proves that she has accepted him as her life partner who she will support completely.
Right now both the main leads are in confusion - Tara on how she can get MJ to share his pain with her and MJ on how he can keep Tara detached from him. This forum was pretty dead so I made this post.
