secret is yet to be revealed .. as of now he is jayraj's adopted son .. he is in jail coz of rape and murder charges on him , other than that nothing is revealed till now ... he married coz jayraj wanted him to do it ..he does whatever his dad says so he did...

Difference between Neel and Mritunjay? I know they r same but from story perspective? Does neel know he is mritunjay
