Hello Friends...
First of all, A very Happy Diwali to everyone in Advance...
Hope, u all will enjoy it in the best way...
Now, time for the update...

The episode starts with Shakuni walking in Duryodhana'a chamber...Duryodhama is sleeping but Shakuni wakes him up...Duryodhana was angry on him, but Shakuni ask him to calm down and to g and meet his brothers for last time...Duryodhana looks confused, so Shakuni said that his brothers are going to their death and it's like a festival for all of them. He then ask him to get up as he is the future of Hastinapur.

Krishna Ji and Satyabhama were walking in garden. Satyabhama ask him that what he has done as he has a smile on his face and it clearly tells her that he has helped his brothers.

Vidur gets up from his bed saying that he will have to stop Yudhisthara from leaving.

Shakuni and Dushasana were talking about their plan when a guard walks in and informs them that Vidur was looking very worried and he left to meet Pandavas. It seemed as if he is trying to stop them from leaving.

Vidur goes to meet Kunti. Kunti ask him that he is looking worried. he replied saying that its nothing...He just wants to meet them all. Kunti replied that Yudhisthira and all have gone to temple.

Pandavas in Shiv mandir were praying when Vidur goes there. Vidur was about to say something but Duryodhana and Shakuni walks there. Vidur looked very disappointed. Sahkuni ask him what he is doing here? He replied that he just come to bless them. Shakuni is playing with words about the place where Pandavas are going...But Vidur stunned him by saying that there are many dangerous animals in forest who are after Yudhidthira. Duryodhana said that what can happen to Yudhisthira when Bhima and Arjuna are with him. Yudhisthira took their blessings and left the place.

Krishna ji is walking in his room looking very worried. Satyabhama came there and ask him that what happened? Krishna Ji replied back that he is waiting for the moment when everything will be alrite. It's Vidhur who can save everything now.

Pandavas goes to Dhritarashtra and took his blessings. He ask him to protect his mother and brothers, Bhima replied that nothing will happen to their mother. Dushasana ask them to leave as Duryodhana and Shakuni are waiting for them outside, but Arjuna said that they wants to meet Pitama first and the next moment, they were shown in front of Pitama taking his blessings. Dushasana and Vidhur were standing together. Dushasana said to Vidhur that he is looking very sad because Pandavas are leaving. Vidhur prayed to God to show him some way so that he can warn Yudhisthira. Krishna Ji replied him that if he cant talk with Yudhisthira directly, then he can gave him some hint also.

Pandavas were about to leave. Vidhur was walking towards them, when Duryodhana stopped him by saying that he is showing so love for Yudhisthira as he is not leaving his side. let him be alone. Krishna ji looked worried.

That's it for now.

Wish you a very happy Diwali 😊

Okay, first scene - when Vishnu told Vidura to protect his brothers the Pandavas, it was wrong on 2 counts. First, Vishnu was not the brother of the Pandavas - Krishna was, and as far as relationships go, that's a major difference. Secondly, Krishna always maintained that the reason he was picking the Pandava side was not their relationship w/ himself, but rather, their adherence to dharam. Best proofs of this were Sishupala & Dantavatra - they had the absolutely identical relationship to Krishna that Arjun had - they were all sons of his buas, but he killed both of them due to their sinful ways. Also, just a couple of episodes ago, Krishna had made the point to Duryodhan that those not related to him could get his support by following dharam, while those related to him could get alienated for being adharm. Given all that, where was the need for Vishnu to tell Vidura to protect his brothers? Just telling him to alert the Pandavas would have been enough.

Also, as I pointed out in yesterday's update, if Krishna was behind rescuing Yudhisthir, he could have warned Yudhisthir directly in the identical manner, instead of approaching Vidura, who had to struggle to explicitly tell Yudhisthir what was going on, and ended up having to be implicit about it and everybody talking in riddles. Somehow, I'm not getting why Krishna was going in circles.

They've dramatized the events by showing Vidura being unable to explicitly tell the Pandavas about the plot. In the original story, Vidura did get to tell Yudhisthir that the house was made of inflammable materials, and that he'd help them find an escape. That too was not done in Duryodhan's presence. Hope they show it that way.

The other thing - and this is a continuation of the characterization problems they have w/ Krishna - they showed Krishna pretty worried throughout the episode, as if everything counted on Vidura. Given that Krishna was omniscient and knew how it was going to turn out, that sort of a characterization was uncalled for. One more thing not mentioned in the summary - they showed Krishna & Shakuni both w/ dice and casting it, and Shakuni getting an 8 instead of a 2. I commented more about it here

Other than that, all in all, a good episode.

Thanks for the update Preet, wish you a very happy Diwali😊

The episode was good, they are showing this MB as a war between Dharma & Adharma, so most of the tracks will be from that pov. Krishna was capable of doing everything, but he has to play by the rules of Kaalchakra, where he knows the future but can not interfere directly, so he requires ways & means to get his work done. This MB is going to be different from what we have seen earlier, story may remain same, but here lead is only Krishna neither Pandavas nor Kauravas.

Thanks Vrish and Meenakshi...

Telling u about the current track, I mostly get confused after watching the episodes because Mahabharat is still very fresh in my mind...I have watched it for so many times...that I can't just forget that...

Where does Krishna come in all this? As far as Vyasa's MB is concerned, it was Vidura who through his spies came to know of the proposed lac palace.

This makes sense since an efficient minister was supposed to maintain a team of highly trained spies who would report to him on all the secret happenings in the kingdom. Vidura was a shrewd minister who knew what kinds of political intrigues tend to sprout in and around royal palaces.

This telepathic message from Krishna doesn't make sense. I don't think Vidura (or anyone else in Hastinapur) was aware of Krishna's Vishnu identity at this stage. I know that later on Vidura and wife hosted Krishna (which he accepted, rejecting Dy's hospitality) but I don't think Vidura knew Krishna was Vshnu, etc at this sage.
