For Alexander, the only other option they'd have had would have been for him to speak Greek, and there to be subtitles in Hindi translating what he said. Had they shown him speaking English, that'd have been even more ridiculous. Incidentally, do they keep Alexander's name intact, or do they call it Sikander? B'cos I can't imagine people @ that time translating Alexander to be Sikander.
I digress. But here, they're not doing the language as it existed. Yeah, they all spoke Sanskrit, whereas this serial is in Hindi, but at least, shudh Hindi is expected. I don't think Hindi as a language existed then, but at least, use as many Sanskrit loan words as possible. Such as 'ashwa' for horse.
Ok, the ji's I can digest. But Jarasandha telling Sishupal that 'koi kshatriya rishta se mahaan nei hote, karm se hote'? They could at least have had him say 'koi kshatriya rakt sambandh se mahaan nei hote...' 😉😆 Soon, you'll have insaans, bandas and what not 🤣
But Krishna's 'premyudh' takes the cake, not just for language, but for basic concept 🤣

They call him Sikandar. Sagars could have made it look real. At those times maybe there would have been a translator otherwise how did the communication take place in those times. Anyway the damage is already done!😵

Can't stop laughing at your language analysis. Wait & watch...This is just the beginning. I've been tolerating all these language bloopers from CGM, so I'm already habitual to all this😆

Plz don't remind me that Prem Yudh...sounds so weird!🤣

Varaali, Beautiful Update!! ⭐️ ⭐️ Lola is absolutely right when she said- " your description, especially the last two paragraphs, had more depth and poetry to it than the episode itself, and in fact made me appreciate the episode more than I did before reading it 👏 "... ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ It is clear from your wrting that you really really Love this adhaya of SB 😍

Mostly agree with the opinions of all the members 😊.

It was really funny to see a brave warrier like Shishupal So Nervous 😆 after receiving the news that Krishna is coming to Kundinpura, rightly said by Minakshi
- " Even Rukmi, Shishupal's fear (their belief in him is so strong) that Krishna will come, can not be ignored😆 " 😆 😆

I have 2 SB's by different press, 1st one says Shishupal & Krishna arrives in Kundinpur together, Bhishmak welcomes both of them. 2nd SB by Geeta press, Gorakhpur, mentions Sudev brahman taking Rukmani's letter to Dwarka, Krishna leaving at night with Daruka, it also mentions name of the 4 horses.

I am yet to revert on my comments on a whole lo0t of points but just not able to find the time.
But yes its considered sacrilegeous to offer something that we have worn to the gods. Thats what i guess creative suspension. Phew. Anyways. Will revert in a day or two on a lot of other things too.

Too late, we already got 'em 😆 Rukmini's kulguru part 1 who told her that love marriage is a God-given right said it, "tum rajkumaari hone se pehle insaan ho". It was in ASR too actually, one of my favorite scenes - when he takes the vow of monogamy and tells her to guide him if he goes astray - because "insaan se kabhi kabhi bhool hoti hai"... but then every now and then they whip out something like today's gem from Kritvarma with all the shuddh words they can possibly squeeze in and all is forgiven 😆
