Vaarali, I have also read that he gave the flute to radha but after he left she felt it was a piece of bamboo and was depressed.

After krishna reched dwaraka his friend Uddhav had once come to meet him and tell him the clamity of what happened in his home town. At that time Krishna played the flute. Udhav was intially angry that krishna was playing a happy tune but krishna had rematrked that he is playing so that their miseries are alleviated by seeking the blessings of sarawathi. Not aure how true this is, but it is a mythology so not sure how true this is.

Agree with it... Creatives should be more aware while Constructing a character...

Krishna's message is ok in that sc, that life goes on even during ups and downs (or something like that 😊 )... That we should always be prepared to see and appreciate the 'beauty of Life' in all situations (as I have understood, this is probably what they wanted to say in that sc 😊).. But they are focussing too much on the flute and the smile ...

The flute a/c makes sense - I've never seen any depiction of an adult Krishna playing the flute. In fact, the conch shell replaced it for him - he used it in all his battles. Here, they've made him a cross b/w the Pied Piper & Nero 😆

i dont kno, i think the sets are too dark...or is it just me?
and the whole rukmi and rukmani story is really too dramatised for me...rukmi was a warrior, he was not as evil as they portray him

what do you all think?

I personally think they should have started with mathura and then show Dwarka being built by Vishwakarma

exactly ! they've made rukmi like kans..he was not evil..he was a gr8 warrior n he didn't participate in the Mahabharat war along with Balaram..

reg. the serial, it's a good attempt but they have dramatized a few characters ..villains r like aliens ..only Krishna and Balram & ladies look normal...sometimes the scenes look like crossover b/w jodha akbar and hollywood sci fic movie 😆 too much darkness and i dun like echoing dialogues...the script is good though 👏 they've picked up good actors...
