Avinash ready to rock again
Avinash Wadhawan whose career in films took a setback due to his personal problems in 2000, has made an entry in Sony's Durgesh Nandini as a lecherous man. It is a coincidence that the heroines in the serial — Rinku Ghosh, who plays the lead role Durgesh Nandini and Varsha Usgaonkar — have both acted with him earlier. Rinku did a Bhojpuri film called Suhaagan Bana De Sajna Hamaar with him, while Varsha has done three Hindi films, Ghar Aaya Mera Pardesi, Parwane and Shoharat, with him. Glad to be back on tv with a good role, Avinash says, "I enjoy working with both of them as we are all comfortable with each other. Both are great co-stars, and I get along with them. so flirting with them on-screen was easy for me. I'm happy to be acting again in a prominent role on prime time." Avinash is also busy doing a few regional films, a Punjabi film and a Bhojpuri one. Meanwhile, he is looking for work in Bollywood.
