Help needed - Off topic

Hey all !!
I needed some suggestions from you guys especially the moms over here
My aunt visited my place today and she was really upset that despite being an educated woman she is unable resume her job due to family and kids.. She has completed her b.tech and m.tech as well and also has some experience in lectureship but has taken a long break and has lost touch with her subjects.
Now she wants to resume her professional life but is unable to understand where to start from...I mean she is completely busy with her personal life and has very little time to peep into her books
I searched over internet but could not get any proper solution..then thought people over here can give me the best solutions
Please give some suggestions

- In her specialization, she can try to get latest syllabus of subjects of her university, through online also.

-Then, she can go topic wise and refresh the concepts. For each topic there will lot of lecture PPTs, PDFs will be available on net, so can use them.

hey readng frm internet is gud idea... also if possible ask her to join as assistant in colleges... in dat way she can get updated fastly... its a practical way of learning

i am not sure hw much extent it vl b useful, edx course, coursera, NPTEL, vl hav vieos as well as pdf doc's to go thro subjects, they hav various subjects, so i think she can find her specialization and refresh her knowledge... they hav tests n practice sessions also...and these are also certification programs... if possible, ask her to prepare her resume fresh ...i am not that much experienced to advice, bt in our college they ask us to do this, as it vl b helpful in placements n all, n it z used by my faculty members also...
