Gosh!!! But this is gonna be one EPIC love story... albeit a very very dark one. 😭 But EPIC nonetheless. Its gonna grab us by our necks and sweep us through modern lands of hidden rakshasas and one always smiling, ever optimistic Pari, who strives to spread happiness everywhere she goes, keeping none of that bonhomie for herself.
Yup!! you guessed right. That last line does not at all describe Sam... it can never be her. Yeah she is chirpy, yeah she is the light of many eyes, yeah she is fighter, yeah she is generous, yeah she is loving, she is all that! But one thing she is not is SELFLESS.
Sam is the kind of person who will do a lot for others but not at the price of herself. For eg. assume she was in Radhika's place and was being forced to marry someone for an altruistic motive - She would have found a way out of the marriage by hook or by crook, not because being forced to do something is wrong, but because she does not have it in her to betray herself so that someone dear to her can benefit. If she was that selfless, she would have by now understood that Neil is more than head over heels in love with her. She would be sensitive of anything that goes on around her, just like Radhika and her Arjun Antennae. 😛😉
So yeah!!! that pari Arjun talked about yesterday IMHO is deffo not Sam. Funny part is that even he does not know that yet... AND THAT FOR ME IS THE BRILLIANCE OF THIS SCRIPT we are seeing being enacted as Manmarziyaan everyday on Star Plus.
Let me explain why I say this...
Lets go back to that one quintessential dialogue that Arjun throws at Sam and also Nandini in yesterday's episode.
Kabhi Kabhi ek rakshasa ko maarne ke liye
Rakshasa yeh bhool gaya tha nahin... Rakshasa yeh nahi jaanta ki woh samaira ki nahin par Radhika ki baat kar gaya.
That dialogue was not about Rakshasa Samrat who would die million deaths because Samaira has tears in her eyes. That Rakshasa is Arjun himself who IS going to die a million deaths when he unleashes the darkness that will swallow all of Radhika's light. It is Radhika who will cry the most tears.
Arjun does not know it yet, that for the rakshasa to die in him, only the pari named Radhika has to shed tears. His redemption can only be possible at her hands, because only she affects him, not Sam.
And that is why it is so necessary for Arjun to do this flipflop everyday about the revenge plan that Nandu has chalked out for him. It is also necessary for him to go ahead and finish his revenge. Because when you are in darkness, you cannot suddenly start hoping that the light will come and brighten up the darkness. The way towards the light is THROUGH darkness. You have to walk the dark path, to reach the light. For him to completely remove the taint of what he had set out to do, he has to finish his revenge... one way or the other! 😉
I am hoping that at the last moment, thanks to his raging hormones and sense of justification towards Nandini he will opt for the other revenge - and give us Ardhika. 😛😆
Interrupting the chain of thought for a Prediction:
I am also hoping that Radhika's special antennae would be working overtime by then and she would have come to know Arjun's backstory. I want the CV's to give us a Radhika who has figured she's in love with Arjun, but wont do a thing about it because she'd rather betray herself than betray Sam. And while she is doing her utmost to tell Sam that all's not well in Arjunland, Arjun in desperation changes plan and marries Radhika to get his revenge the other way! Not the best way to marry the love of your life...but at least he can now justify Sam's tears for Nandini, What he has not bargained for though is what he gets in bonus - Radhika's tears and her nascent love for him that he can see tearing and wearing away every time she sees all her closed ones in pain. Its going to be testing times for a lot many of her relationships not to mention a chance for Sam to fall back on Neil. But chasni will not be included in any of that as she would have become an outsider by then.
****
That is why I say that the Pari is Radhika and not Sam, because only her tears can make this Arjun the Rakshasa die and be born again as the Arjun the Prince. If this is how the story goes... I for one will buy tons and tons of popcorn and build a nice lounge seat in my bedroom to watch this saga of love.
