I would prefer all 3 (Sam, Neil and radz) to develop a life of their own. The Cvs should stop with this love story. Make them come back to Bird Song, and do some constructive work for a change.

some comments here r so funny !! 😆

if a girl realizes after some months/years of engagement that this person is not the right guy for her, she has no rights to refuse the marriage just because she didn't realize it before or she didn't speak about it before !! 😕

and is it first time history of Indian TV that engagement will be shown breaking????
even in real life so many engagements break !! so they are all bad people not to have realized it before and going ahead with engagements????

and when have they shown that saral is right guy for radhika??? this has been shown so many times that he doesn't care about her dreams, aims, aspirations where as radz's main aim is to fulfill her dreams. he wants her to live on his terms !! and even keep doubting her over neil !!
i think such relationships are toxic !! either they eventually break or one partner is always suffocated !!

and Indian TV has already dealt with extra marital affairs, illegitimate kids and so much nonsense, even if it happens dating friends ex-boy friend is nothing infront of all that !! 😆 wonder if all those characters received so much moral lessons as much as just an idea that radhika will be dating her friends ex boy friend is receiving !! đŸ€”
and when have they ever shown that radz wants to steal arjun from sam for herself or something like that !!!

on the contrary wonder why no such discussions on what about if girl's boyFriend or ex-boyFriend falls in love with her best friend ??? đŸ€Ș is there no rules or code of conduct or no such moral lessons for boys? and i guess such stories do exist, this is not the first any TV series will be showing anything like that !!

The point is that she is carrying on with BFF's ex BEFORE she breaks the engagement and without seeing if BFF is OK with it.

Both the partners in crime should humbly beg Sam's pardon and yes, Saral's too. They should break it off with both of them before embarking on their own romance.

THAT is the ethical way to do things.

PS. I am still hoping for a Rocket Singh scenario where the 3 girls and Neil gang together and form their own agency.

Leaving aside the argument of which couple is destined to end together .. From one of the comments which stated Radz is poaching on Sam's love interest Arjun thus breaking the girl code ... If we set aside our favs and bias.. What we are seeing in the recent episodes is focus on Radz & Arjun..2 strong stubborn individuals who are racing against each other to reach/protect Sam . As of now there is no love lost between them . Radz has no romantic feelings for Arjun or vice versa. Though the backgrd/title song might hint towards it . Even if they do realise such budding feelings for one other ..they will not pursue such thoughts at this point in the story. Arjun comes with immense baggage and is a broken man. He is not ready to open his heart to any one.His character will not grow till he resloves issues with Samrat. If he is fascinated with Radz..it is due to the fact that this chit of a girl has the guts to put herself between him and his goal. She fascinates him with her defense of friends and family. She puts herself in the harms way to protect what is hers disregarding any kind of obstacle. She is a fighter not a whiner. She caught his attention.

Coming to radhika.. She is aware Arjun is hiding behind a mask. He has approached Sam with ulterior motive. She knows his gruffness and rude behavior is due to some hurt in his past. Until she is convinced about his agenda , she will puth herself in the warpath till Sam is ready to deal with Arjun. She puts her friendship for Sam before Arjun. She will give importance to Sam just like sam trusted Radz more than Arjun and declined Arjuns proposal . Also Radhika is engaged to someone else . Small town values & her family means a lot to her. She will put their wishes and honor before deciding to commit to Arjun. Arjun has to win her familys heart and take Sam's approval if she ever going to consider him as a love interest/partner.

@Deepzz
My post was as much a reaction to some of the 'Sam as lacking in character as she is an urban chick' posts I saw and to the premature celebrations of a pairing between a mentally disturbed man and his employee, as to the inane story line they seem to be pursuing.

I was pointing out that as far as relationship ethics go, perhaps Sam is the one person in the delightful merry go round, who doesn't have to apologize for her feelings. She was a free agent when she took up with Arjun and had in no way committed herself when she decided to end it.

Rads may or may not go for Arjun in a romantic way, all the indications are that she will. I hope she does it the way you think it will play out. Because of her HUMAN values, since ethics are supposed to be universal and not limited to small towns. And I say this as a small-townie myself😆.

But WHERE is the story? Is it about ArDhika falling in love? It started out as Sam/Arjun revenge drama which was mildly interesting. If this is a young adult romance, then there are far more interesting things to watch. Heck, the 9 O Clock news has more drama than that. Cute scenes strung together don't make a story.

Mentally disturbed man seems a bit harsh isn't it ? He is a man who grew up with revenge as his focus because the one pillar of support in a foster home his one family or foundation during childhood was taken away.
Coming to the inane storyline..Which ever ship floats one's boat. We perceive what we wish to see.
😳

In soaps , whether we like it or girls from small towns are sanskaari who set about teaching the world right manners. 😆 Ergo Urban chicks automatically live fast lives.

Coming to the story.. What I see is Radhika ..the protagonist .. is a Catalyst ...a tornado who has affected the lives of the people she encountered in Mumbai. She comes to live her life in her own way for 6 months of borrowed time. She helped heal the strained relation between Sam and her Mother . Neil who was friend zoned by Sam and would have been happy with his one sided love in his heart is forced by Radhika to join Sam in this lonavala trip will finally gather courage to express his feelings for her. Arjun a broken flawed man who is blind with revenge for Samrat might discover with Radhika's help...the real truth that happened in his past.

Now cute nok jhok scenes is for the trps and attracting young audience .. 😆 No TRPs no sponsors show off air.

Planning revenge for so many years, Being very calculative and befriending Sam, Stalking her, Emotionally manipulating her, Physically harming Radz - all this shows, that yes he is broken but definitely also mentally disturbed and not just a flawed character.

Arjun is a con man with psychopathic tendencies and psychopaths are mentally disturbed and need to pay frequent visits to a shrink. Secondly, Radhika as the prime mover of events, is unreal to fathom. So much has been said about how the magical presentation healed wounds that ran deeper in a jiffy, so I don't wish to gloss o'er that aspect ad nauseum. The writers should have written that scene in a better way to get the import of Radhika's goodness. I like how Radhika is keeping Arjun at bay, by restraining him at all costs, even at the cost of her self respect for I fail to understand which woman would wish to return with a ruffian manhandler who's left her alone in a deserted place in the dead of the night. It was written to show the moral dilemma of a hitherto uni-dimensional Arjun, that he's still humane, capable of showing emotions like normal beings, so he rescues her from the tumble down hut, for carrying a woman against her will is more chivalrous than simply apologizing to her for physically abusing her before😆 The huge tug of war with the blanket, was unwanted, especially when the dude you're flirting with has been dumped by your so-called BFF. The scene could have been written in a different way, better way, with Radhika having injured her leg and is forced to sleep on the bed,and Arjun having to take care of her. That would have opened up a different layer to his character and would have paved way for Radhika to peep into his heart further. I have realized that the complexities with which the characters started out have been dumbed down to so many levels, the typical Hindi soap standard. Le sigh. *shudders*

^^ Agree with your post @.Veritaserum
They are show the tug of blanket war for TRP, most viewers find it cute. I personally found it childish and unnecessary.

I feel the writers have no story planned. They are taking it step by step.
