Yes i would say this as second defeat because radhu already spoiled his previous plan be it unknowingly.. It was his first defeat..it happened first time tht he culdnt do what he wanted to..

So he has challenged he will not let sam come to conference room..

So will he b defeated by radhu again d second time???

Well gotta wait to get our answer..
