Someone is creating a chakravyuh, someone unknowingly is walking into it, someone might be the savior.
True to his name ARJUN, this guy has his eyes right on target from the word get go, he is never been deviated or distracted, always focused and had been walking/treading on the thin line of rope which leads him to his DESTINATION , ie. Sam at Birdsong. He knows people so well, I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be a doctorate in Psychology, he has a vision, he has plans to drive to the vision, he implements and executes it impeccably, all based on his understanding of people's expected behaviors and reactions. He knows if he did this, Sam reacts in certain way, if he did that Sam would react in another way. Arjun is sooo smart that he didn't start doing things and expected reactions from Sam, he expected certain reactions from Sam and then started doing things his way .
He has a mission of revenge tho we are yet to see that reason, he has a vision to complete it and with that, he is creating an emotional chakravyuh around Sam, he is using his charm, his profound philosophical words likes "Baagh lo ya Bhaag lo" his every act/expression/dialogue is rehearsed, he knows what button to press and it's effects. He used his personal touchy feely charm on Sam during those 3 days, he adapted the reverse psychology, if she calls he wouldn't pick it, Sam would try again and again, but he only called back when he wanted, making her mad and annoyed each time and yet again using his charm to please her and cheer her up. He made her come back to Bird Song, the moment she was about to accept the offer from other company, because the combination of Sam and Birdsong are his AIM
Each time Sam refused to do what he wants her to do, he has a plan up his sleeve, where he pressed the right buttons, to deal with her, be it him telling those 'Baaagho ya Bhaag lo " and changing Sam's decision to join bird song or using Piyali to get Sam to the party and using Samrat to win Sam's trust back. When he lost Sam's trust, he wanted to get a situation where he can win her trust back only then he can get close to her and then break her, he used Piyali for the situation, he used Samrat to win her trust back, he danced with her and came close to her to break Neil's trust, as that is part of his agenda to cut off all branches of support which Sam has and that is exactly happening his way .
In short, he is playing a game of chess with real people as pawns driven by their emotions, whose strings are in his hands, Arjun, thinks everything is under his control, he can guess people's reactions and he can maneuver the situations in his favor, like when Radhika bumped into him, he used her to get back at Sam and started dancing with her and ignoring Sam, which infact affected her.. He is even controlling Neil using Sam and Sam using her parents, as in a chain reaction. He has everything in control, but again if everything happened as he planned, he would be the ultimate one, but he isn't, there are some situations and people which are beyond one's spectrum, and Radhika is not in his range atm, but there was this particular moment in yesterday's episode where Radhika bumped in between Sam and Arjun. It was quite symbolic, Arjun's target is Sam and Radhika standing between them symbolized she will stand or be Sam's savior/protector. She could be the one to save Sam from going into the chakravyuh, as Radhika is again magical with words, just like Arjun. Radhika's words would be the knife to open up the chakravyuh created by Arjun, with his words.
So far the character Arjun has been etched very brilliantly, with his every action, expression, word, gesture, walk, is driven by his focus on his destination. His focus in undeterred as goes by his name . But, as I said earlier all that we think doesn't happen, there is Radhika and there is Neil in the same circle as Sam and Arjun. It will be interesting to see how these characters make or break in the process of going through the phases of friendship, love, hate, trust, betrayal, heartbreaks and moving on.
