Excuse all the errors plz...😳
Radhika takes opinions of people about their underwears.She asks different questions and Neil's assisstants,whom he calls Changu,Mangu are with her shooting it.All the people answer and also laugh while answering.Radhika feels uneasy but continues asking people their opinion.Radhika goes to Bonnie and her assisstant Teji and asks his opinion.This time Changu/Mangu are not with her.Both are surprised. The girl(Changu/Mangu) is sitting with Sam and sees Radhika taking opinion from Teji.She asks Sam to look there and she sees and gets nervous.Bonnie is looking at Sam.Teji says sorry as he didn't understand.Radhika says its her BPL today so she was researching.The girl says Bonnie will ruin everything.Radhika again asks the same question but the boy(Changu/Mangu) takes her with him.Teji says to Bonnie that Sam will never come under control.She started harassing poor Radhika.He says lets end Sam's game.He calls Radhika and she turns and asks what happened?Bonnie is continuously looking at a nervous Sam.Teji is about to say something but Bonnie stops him.Sam smiles.She says to Radhika that she is asking so many questions but she didn't ask the most important one and that is whether the underwear is good if its cotton or synthetic!She ask Teji to speak as its Radhika's first day.Sam and Changu/Mangu looking at her in anticipation.Teji smiles and says Bonnie wants to say and the scene shifts to Radhika.
Radhika is busy with her work and Dadaji calls her.She says she can't talk now as its her first presentation for a big company.Dadaji says she has got such a big opportunity in first day,did Piyali ji gave the work?She says no, Sam gave her the work.She praises Sam calling her a good girl and says what happened yesterday was a misunderstanding so the issue occured.She says she needs to leave.Dadaji wishes her luck and asks her to return soon as they have to catch the flight at 9 o'clock.She says ok,she will reach in time.
Everyone is laughing discussing about Radhika and stops when Radhika enters.Sam asks is she ready and she says first she was scared but all is well now.Sam says all will be alright soon.She says shall we start?Teji says to Bonnie that she knows what will happen with Radhika!He says they could have stopped her.Bonnie says its not the right time as they will not get any benefit.Radhika starts her presentation seriously.Everybody is controlling their laughter watching her.Radhika finishes explaining her presentation and smiles looking at them.Everyone burst into laughter.Radhika also laughs with them.Radhika tries to speak the bottom line but they laugh even more.They made a funny video of Radhika using her research shoot and its shown.Radhika is embarassed and about to cry.Sam stands up and erases the board.She writes the meaning of BPL.Birju comes and Sam introduces him as best actor.Everyone claps for him.He removes his hair and moustache.Sam asks her she wanted to work in Birdsong now did she understand!Radhika leaves angrily.Sam looked sad.
Piyali is coming there and Bonnie says the right time has arrived seeing Piyali.Radhika is crying in the washroom,Sam comes there,she gives her tissue but she doesn't take it.She forcefully gives her Kajal.Radhika asks why is she doing all this and does she hates her so much!Sam says one hates if there is a relation but she is a nobody for her.She says Radhika took the job by making her apologize but will she survive here!She says it was just a trailer and movie is not finished yet and leaves.
Everybody including Piyali is standing near washroom.Piyali asks Sam where Radhika is and calls Radhika.Radhika gets flashback of what Sam said and wipes her tears.She comes out of the washroom.Piyali asks her why she is crying.Everyone is tensed.Radhika looks at Sam and have a flashback of what Sam did to her.Piyali asks her again.Bonnie asks her to tell the truth.Neil comes there.Teji also asks the same and says we all are with u.Radhika lies and says she got scared seeing all these people.Sam looks at her.Bonnie is disappointed.Piyali says she doesn't need to fear.She says if someone has misbehaved with her then she will fire that person immediately.Sam is shocked.But Radhika says she is not scared and she is not used to big city works as she is from small town.She says she will learn.Sam looks at her.Bonnie again tries to ask her to speak but Piyali asks them to get back to work.
Sam leaves and Piyali stops her.She says she didn't hear the truth but that doesn't mean she doesn't know the truth.She says she is watching her.Piyali says Sam is forgetting Radhika works under her and asks her to keep Radhika with her.
Radhika calls Sam and Sam says fool someone else with sweetness and she knows Radhika's truth.Radhika says no,she doesn't know her truth.She says turning into a butterfly is not easy and once you are determined then you can't go back.Neil,Bonnie are watching them.She says Sam might take time to understand this but she will understand soon.She says she has promised Dadaji that she will fly high like a butterfly.Sam can try whatever she can but she can't go back.She asks her to show her sit.Neil comes and says he will show her sit.Changu, Mangu discusses that Radhika is oversmart and she wants to score sixer the very first day.
Sam is in his cabin.Arjun calls Sam.Sam happily receives it but nobody speaks.Sam is confused whether to call back or not.
Neil brings Radhika with him.Changu,Mangu are looking at them.Neil says everyone is seeing and thinking small city,blunt and filled with attitude,will she be able to survive and continue working.And you are seeing yourself with their eyes.She will never be able to see herself with others eyes.She should built a habit of seeing herself with her own eyes.Nobody gives others place, it neds to be earned.He asks will she be able to make her place.She looks at her table.He jokes if you don't like it tell me ,the whole office will make place for u.But she says she will make place on her own.
Sam is working and takes her phone an looks at it.Arjun has called her.But then she keeps it aside.Then again she takes her phone and calls.Arjun sees his mobile but doesn't receive and then cuts the call.Sam is surprised.The man standing with Arjun says he himself calls her and cuts the call!He says its necessary,Uncle.Uncle asks him not to do it.He says listen to me,the place you are going,there is no way to return back.Arjun says who is searching for the way to return!
Precap : Changu,Mangu gives lots of work to Radhika as its their plan to make Radhika late.Radhika is speaking to Dilip through phone and says they can't leave without meeting her.She is coming soon.Arjun Sam is talking through phone.Sam says she is busy.Arjun asks what you are doing other than throwing my gift down.Sam turns and sees Arjun standing there.
