My answer:

- I think this raaz is that the lady knew that Ishaan is Meera and Danajay's son .. do u remember when Meera said that the lady have gotten her prize for helping her .. (i have forgotten the lady's name)

I think she's the lady who had taken care of Ishaan from childhood and for that she got that necklace and of course some money!
