The show starts with doctor telling daksh it's impossible to save her and daksh runs the ER and everyone is tense. As daksh comes by the ER and sees anu and seeing how doctors are doing everything but she is not responding daksh looks away and meera goes to daksh and says if you want to be mad at me there is whole life but anu only has limited time please save her or do you want to see her die front of your eyes and she folds her hand says please save her and daksh looks at dadi for approval and dadi nods and so does everyone else and then he says ok and meera's wipes her tears and gets ready for donating the blood and then that blood is transfer to anu and meera comes out (shouldn't she be weak and rest) and then vikram says bhagwaan please save my daughter. In the ER the doctor are doing everything and outside everyone is praying for miracle and as the doctor comes out and says MR Daksh Sighaniya everything is ok now and everyone is very happy and he says on right time we got the blood. And everyone thanks god for getting well soon. As the evil cows leave daksh looks at them leaving and then doctors says you can go visit her and dadi says you go ahead I am gone go to temple as he goes in the room he looks at with very painful and hurt eyes and the pal pal song plays in the background. As anu is still unconscious daksh says "anu i am sorry I am really sorry please forgive me don't worry I will fix everything and we will only have happiness in our life don't worry just tum hosh mein aajao please." Dadi goes to temple and thanks god and anu is shown coming in hosh. And daksh gets happy and he says, "anu tumhe hosh aagaya I am sorry I am really sorry mein tume samaj nahi paaya please forgive me all this happen because of me anu I am sorry" and anu says "I love you daksh" and daksh kisses her forehead. (aww) as dadi and daksh and anu are in the room doctor comes in and dadi thanks the doctor and he says I did not do anything we got the blood on time and both are doing fine…everyone is confused and the doctor says I was gone tells you but I was gone tell you as everything gets better anupamaji maa bane waali hai (omg so happy) anu gets shy and happy and so does daksh and dadi. Dadi says isn't strange, we were asking for one life and god gave us two life and looks at daksh and says congrats beta tum papa bane waale ho and daksh says app ko be dadi app pardadi bane waali ho and only lucky people get that chance and kisses anu on her head and says to them I am gone go tell anus parents and daksh goes an sits next to anu and says anu I am so happy and kisses her on her forehead.
As dadi is feeding anu daksh keep looking at her and give her flying kiss and anu looks away and daksh just smiles and then he remembers how there was shortage of blood and meera gave it when it was needed. Then at the house ridhima is saying not to go to ishan and if he is going she wants to go also and they will work something out (wow good wife) and ishan says no I will come and get you when I am settled and meera aggress with him and then meera puts the house keys and some file on the table and as they three turn they see daksh at the door looking at them very angry and as he walks to them the evil cows are tense and meera says what can I say what we did was not something to talk about but we promise not to come back in your and anus life we understand to be greedy bout money is on one side and taking someone life away a whole different thing. We never planed about killing anyone (liar) and when it happen we go shaken up but I hope you can forgive us on what happened because we can't even looks our self in the mirror and then dhanjay says meera is right please forgive us and so does ishan and then they all fold hands and began to leave. Dakhs watches them go by and sees ridhima running to her room crying as the evil cows ware about to put their foot oust side the house daksh says "rukiye" and then all of them turn.
Dakhs says rukiye bhiya bhabhi and what you have done is something I can never forget or forgive but I can't not forget also that meera bhabi gave her blood to my anu and by giving the blood not only have you saves anus life but also the new born child that will come in this world all three as shocked (lol) and because of the new born I want to forget everything that has happen so far and I hope you forget also so we all can start fresh so please don't go out of this house because mere sar pe bhoaj rahega and I don't want that and in this house I don't want any wrong things happening not only things I can't even stand talking wrong so please change yourself its better for all of us. So let's leave peacefully in this house and he leaves. Then three evils smile as they get back in this house and then meera says can you believe what happen we got saves one more time and got one more chance and then they thanks god. Then meera says next move should be as if no one can believe us I mean no one should know that wrong is happening but looks as if it's happening it should be natural.
