Even though the quality of the show went downhill the past few episodes, a big THANK YOU to the creatives for this show. I am currently watching the pre-leap episodes from the beginning & I have to say that the show pre-leap was as amazing as post-leap. Not as to the point as the post-leap episodes, but sensitive & mature, nonetheless. You should check them out!Now coming to the main bit that we all have watched & appreciate - post leap. Just BEAUTIFUL.Shaurya as a character wasn't really explored much, unfortunately. So I just want to talk about the story focusing on Shaurya, Diya & Urmi. The plot was so sensitive & real, with amazing acting from all 3 of them. The bond between Shaurya & Diya attracted me the most. Two close friends with a special undefined bond that only strengthened with the obstacles that came their way. Such beauty these two were. Only Diya could make Shaurya hold his ears & say sorry in front of the entire office, without any ego coming in between. And just one smile from her, made him smile. Only Shaurya, despite being a man who isn't exactly family, could make Diya come out of that room post-rape & be the one with whom she could cry her heart out, & share her sorrows with.I really love that despite Diya having a boyfriend, & Shaurya having an ex (which is unbelievable till today😆) the CVs developed their relationship in a way where their love & concern for each other was obvious, without it having a name. The ambiguity in the midst of the obvious. Paradox, much.Urmi aka Mansi is an old artist who I've been watching since I was young. So I had no doubt that she would play her role to perfection. And as usual, she did. I really love her character- her spirit, her determination & how grounded she is. I know that ultimately, she made Shaurya sit in the altar without Diya's knowledge (something I disapprove of) & that really ruined her character to some extent for me, but we cannot forget what an inspiration she is, both pre-leap & post leap.I don't know what else to write really because I feel so sad. This show was good, but it could have been so much more. SIGH.I wish the cast & crew all the best for whatever projects they take in the future.A Shaurya/Diya tribute from me - would love your comments on this :)http://vimeo.com/140160788
Amazing VM. Loved it. Thank you so much for sharing.
