09/09/2015Shaurya asks whether Diya would've agreed to marry any man she knew for such short time if they proposed to her. She says yes.
[The optimist in me is choosing to see a little bit more in Diya's gaze then. Did she want Shaurya to propose at least a tiny bit?]
Shaurya too doesn't back down:
"To karo"[Then do it]
"Kar to rahi hoon"
[I am doing just that]
[There is more truth in that Diya...you might've meant Sumit...lets see what the plans of fate are...]
Damni and Sumit's mother have kidnapped Rani! They are keeping her tied up inside a room and the threats continue...as Rani says DIya is a strong girl and that she won't commit suicide, Damini declares that it'll happen: either "atmahatya" ya "hatya"
[Really? Damini is thinking of murder? ]
Sinha house...Everyone busy in preparations..Ishani in dance practice...As Urmi asks about Rani, Damini says Rani's mother is not well and she has gone to village to look after her. Urmi is worried for her but Damini assures her that she has given enough money to her.
Shaurya comes in and Ishani and everyone wants him to choose dance songs and join the practice.
[Wow, are we going to witness a dance sequence, Kunal? :D ]
As he enquires whether Diya is not dancing, he is informed that Diya is practicing in her room with Sumit.
Shaurya walks in on Sumit trying to getting close to DIya. He is infuriated and asks what is going on. Sumit is unfazed by Shaurya's anger and replies that he was romancing his future wife, something he has the right to do.
Shaurya points out that she is not yet his wife in frustration. As DIya is about to agree with SHaurya, she sees Damini at the threshold and sides with Sumit half-heartedly. She even asks who he is to her to decide things for her.
Shaurya didn't expect that from her. He is pained and asks whether this is what she thinks about him.
[His eyes...they respond to each of Diya's words and reflect Shaurya's pain...]
As Sumit asks Diya to tell Shaurya to go out, Damini adds ghee to the fire and Diya asks Shaurya to leave.
Shaurya is distraught and he leaves without another word...
Damini's intone : Shaurya left the room, you'll leave the world.
[Murder plan confirmed then...]
Mehndi ceremony...
Diya looks awesome, but her face reflects her inner turmoil.
Damini receives call from travel agent, confirming the Europe tickets.
Shaurya is immersing his grief in alcohol and Chiku is with him.
[Ah! Memories...Nostalgia...]
Chiku wants Shaurya to admit his love but Shaurya says it's too late.
[Kunal...heart went out for you...couldn't help moving forward impulsively a bit as if to help you up when you stumbled...remember crying along with Mohan in that epic scene at the Vyas home...all those memories just rushed back...And as you say "Yahaan lagti hai" pointing your heart, can't help anymore...]
He shouts "Diya, I love you." in the alcohol induced recklessness, not caring whether someone may hear.
And here comes Diya in search of Shaurya...And this is what she gets to hear...
"Har baar Sumit...can't stand her face...I hate her...I hate you DIya Tiwari...It's good that she's leaving..."
Diya is shocked and tears find their way to her eyes.
[The Catherine - Heathcliffe moment...And nostalgia again...hearing what one shouldn't and not hearing the bit one should...misunderstanding and Ah! Heartache! This is probably the glycerine scene Kunal was talking about I think...So even if our ShaYa end up married, they are not going to forgive each other very soon...Wonder what is in store for us...]
Precap showed Chiku bringing Shaurya down to the ceremony. The travel agent tells Damini that they faxed the tickets to the Sinha house.
