So Shaurya and Karan don't reach court on time and the culprits are given bail 😒 Really strange that more than the lawyer it's the victim and those who accompanied her (Urmi) who was really appealing to the judge while that no-good lawyer just stood around helpless 👎🏼

PS: Question - doesn't granting bail to rape suspects put the victims in more danger than before? Not to mention many other innocents? What solution does our legal system have for that?

Adv.Nigam sure is unreadable at the moment but glad he let some home truths known about our justice system and govt appointed lawyers. That Karmarkar woman totally deserved those snide remarks 😡. And how coolly she states there's only 20% chance of winning and it's not her problem apparently! What 😲?! Why is she in this profession then??

Diya's defeated expression as she got down and faced Urmi, that moment shared between them broke my heart . Loved the way an emotional Urmi promised Diya that she would get her justice no matter what. Seemed almost similar to how Shaurya assured he wouldn't allow her to become weak.

Speaking of Shaurya, felt so bad for him 😔 He looked so hopeful when he saw them but on knowing about the bail his face fell, and immediately he glanced at Diya, how she was taking it. I wanted to shout at Aniruddh for calling him irresponsible 😵 but yeah it's not both their faults anyways. Hats off to Shaurya though! The way the DB was making stupid excuses I really thought he would snap but instead he just quickly moves off to that pillar. Glad Urmi got him to confide but them giving in to DB is just intolerable 😒

Shaurya-Cheeku scenes will never be the same again 😭

I Cannot believe that Awaaz now has to provide that DB with positive publicity and image that too on a daily basis 😲 and here we were imagining Shaurya making sure Karan's movie flops if it ever releases 🤔

Major gripe: I understand the actor has been replaced but it's still supposed to be the same character right? Why is Cheeku suddenly so happy-happy and ditzy like his mom? Where is the old sarcasm and wit? And wasn't he someone equally affected by Diya's rape? Would he really get movie tickets cheerfully when his bestie is going through the worst phase of her life and also now their newspaper has to give in to blackmail? And since when was he so considerate about Nupur 😕? CVs, please please please keep the character of Cheeku consistent.

Umm...okkayy... so Urmi is a lawyer now? Tabhi toh they got such an incompetent PP initially for Diya's case. But this info still feels as though it came out of the blue 🤔. Damini for once was sensible about Diya's chances with a lawyer with no experience but since Urmi is personally involved with the case I think her zeal and determination to see justice prevail might just help them in the long run. At least it's far better than being totally experienced but indifferent like Ashwini Karmarkar. Anyways regardless of the law against victim hiring her own lawyer they are going to try through Urmi's NGO (how convenient...)

Precap: Urmi in lawyer getup feeling hopeful that she has a chance of being appointed as lawyer while Damini "advises" Diya that her case is doomed if Urmi fought it.

NOTE TO CVs:

Urmi turning lawyer for Diya is a nice and comforting turn of events for the track, specially Urmi's takkars with Nigam should be interesting to watch. BUT where does this leave Shaurya? It sure has been entertaining watching Shaurya and Karan lock horns but I certainly don't want Shaurya's involvement to be limited only to dealing with Karan or being a voice of reason and support to Diya and Urmi. I need him more actively involved, he is after all the main lead apart from Urmi. Please don't turn him into just a pillar of support, make him more proactive. It's a request. You have such a fine actor like Kunal at your disposal, challenge him, give him something substantial to work with. Like Urmi, we need Shaurya too involved properly in the fight every step of the way.

Urmi ko permission milgaya and she will be taking the case for Diya. Defence lawyer and Urmi having a small war of words(which i'm least interested to listen).

Shaurya and karan in court. Karan is asking media nahi hai kya! Shaurya says rape case media court me nahi hoti. Then the hearing starts. Karan is called to give witness. Urmi asks about that day's incidents. Nikam cross-examines karan. He asks were they already engaged and is asking why did they go out in night and says street lights nahi the and rain tha. And he says accused were not in mumbai.

He produces some evidences that they were in shirdi. Urmi presents mobile records that shows they were in Mumbai(i don't know if thats possible or not😕). Nigam says Accused's mobiles got stolen already😆.
