Shaurya is a mystery lol CVs are keeping his true feelings in dark and flashing a little bit of light in each scene, this is so confussing as well as interesting,

like today he was in a good mood till Karan's phone, then his "Who is Karan?" act n anger as if Karan effects him a lot,

His reactions actions says he is in love with Diya n he dislikes the presence of Karan

Ok may be he is not thinking on the Karan-Samrat line but there is something in his mind regarding Karan-Diya for sure,

What say?

Shaurya's sadness could also be the fact that he is Samrat's biological son and is scared if he might turn into his father. That could also be the reason he did not marry. We know he is good at heart and is Ishan's son through and through, but sometimes children of disturbed parents can't help feeling and questioning Will I turn into a Samrat!
The sadness could also be Ishani and mother's relationship and his hidden feelings for Diya

You raised another very good point, very much possible, and he wants to do love marriage because Samrat-Urmi had an arranged marriage and the rest is history.

Initially I found this mystery irritating...probably beacuse the only person I knew was Kunal and even his character was kept under so many layers...but loving the process of slow revelation now...each day, bit by bit👏

Even I took time to look at the interesting side of this slow revealing Shaurya lol because Mohan was like a open book & such confusion around Kunal's character I am not used to with it,

Amazing post! This very same thing crossed my mind while watching that episode. When Karan reacted violently more than anyone else it was Shaurya's expressions which really stood out. He looked extremely disturbed while trying to calm down Karan as well as making sure his employee was not hurt. I think that must have triggered some memory of Samrat and his abuse.
