No problem for 20/21 as studies always come first. Hopefully someone fills in though we will miss your style and finish.

At Diya's home, Karan realises the truth, reaches his home and informs his mother...

As she's about to go to know her whereabouts saying she's as good as her daughter, he stops saying that he was going to marry her for her money and not for love...he's not interested in her anymore...and even goes to the extend of commeting on her purity...*.😡*

Karan's mother is disgusted...

It's morning at Awaz...

Shaurya is irritated by the incompetency of his staff...and misses Diya's efficiency...

Cheeku too notes this...

[Welcome back Cheeku...have been missing your cheer]

At Diya's home, she is in a terrible state...fiercely wielding a broken glass piece to prevent anyone from approaching her...and even threatens to kills herself if they come near...Somehow they pacifies her and makes her sleep again with the help of injection...

Shaurya sees Karan (the next morning, I think...) during his morning jog

(a yellow hoodie this time :D )

As he enquires about Diya, Karan replies that he's broken up with Diya and not marrying her anymore...and hence, not in contact...

Shaurya is concerned and calls Diya...

Her mother takes call and says that she's gone to Lonavala with Karan for a week...

Shaurya's confusion and worry increases...

He comes right to Urmi and relates the tale...

Urmi reasons that Diya might be taking a break to heal from the breakup and asks him not to worry...

Shaurya still doesn't like the fact that Diya is taking such a long leave and/or she didn't inform him...

The next morning at office, the anonymous post arrives and Shaurya is shocked to see the contents...

Precap showed Shaurya barging into Diya's home (something I have been expecting to happen today itself...but no worries...)

Her mother tries to stop him and asks whether this is going to be another sensational news...

I guess Shaurya won't be allowed in...even if he is, Diya may not respond favourably...at least not so soon...

PS : Do forgive if I've left out something...zee has not yet uploaded...I was constantly refreshing and watching from dittotv...so might've left a bit somewhere...

Shaurya is stunned seeing the pics...he stutters some excuse, eyes betraying the anguish and worry, and leaves the office immediately without showing the contents of the envelope to Cheeku...

"Diya kahan hai? Kaisi hai? Kya hua uske saath?" He questions desperately as soon as he storms inside Diya's home...

As Nirmala sticks to lies, he shows the pics...

Diya's father breaks down and tells everything...

Shaurya's worst fears get confirmed and he requests to let him meet her...he shouts her name desperately, but Nirmala stops...

"Kyon milna chahte ho? Roz jo khabar lati hai wo khud khabar ban gayi hai, isliye?"

[Why do you want to meet her? Because the one who brings news daily have become the news?"

Eyes displaying an interplay of pain, hurt and anger, her replies:

"Woh meri dost hai...Woh kis haal - woh theek hai ya nahi"

[She's my friend...In which condition - whether she's okay.."

Inspite of his efforts, he's shown the way out...

Shaurya meets Urmi somewhere outside and shares the unfortunate news with Urmi...

"Kaash ye ek bura sapna hota"

[Wish it were a bad dream]

All the feelings become too much to bear and he breaks down finally...

Urmi tries to soothe his pain and assures that they'll together take care of Diya...

Shaurya hugs her...

Diya's mother is angry that her father has spoken the truth to Karan's family...and says they should go to village leaving Mumbai...There, they would get her marrid to someone who doesn't know all this...

Just then Urmi arrives...She tries to make them see the right way...says it's cowardly to let this go...they should file a complaint and fight for justice for Diya...

Nirmala accuses Urmi of finding a new issue for her NGO in Diya and Devesh asks whether their lost dignity would come back...

"You are worried about society, not your child" Urmi states.

Urmi then appeals to Diya's father who was yet to speak about the so-called honour:

"If she doesn't get help now, she will suffer throughout her life"

Before he could reply, Nirmala lashes out...Asking Urmi not to publicise it if she doesn't want to see them all dead, she locks the door...

Shaurya and Urmi are in their car...

He wonders how the pics might've reached office...

Urmi reasons someone might've found her on road and might've clicked the pics...and then send them to him instead of police in fear of having to face the tiresome proceedings of the case...

Shaurya says it might be so, but is not fully convinced...

Just then, they see Nirmala on the road...Shaurya gets out of the car and tries to follow her, but she hails an auto and leaves...

Precap showed Nirmala pouring poison into milk and then giving away glasses of poisoned milk to her family members

The mother-son duo were the show-stealers today, both independently and together...Losing count of the no. of times I've said about the wonderful way these two actors touch the audience..and together, they create magic...no words...both were their best today...

Neha Sargam who has been wonderful since the inception of the serial won all hearts this week especially... If watching those scenes have been difficult for us, I can only imagine how it must have been, acting the role...Proud of her...

The wait for Monday is difficult, but inevitable...let's hope for Diya's recovery and justice...

PS : The ever-timely university of mine announced on 15 the dates of entrance exams to the next course I wanted to apply for - 20,21,22 ... So unfortunately, I may not be online much till 22... Someone please put up the WU in FB and in IF too...

At Shaurya's home, Ishani's marriage talks are on. When the groom's family arrives, Ishani acts just opposite to what is expected, Urmi and Bade papa are trying their best to hide their glee Ishani says she loves partying, drinking, smoke up etc and not the homely type and tells not to expect much with an oh-so sweet smile...the poor guy wonders how to escape 😆

Now, on a serious note, the happenings at Diya's home...

Shaurya and Diya comes down and Diya asks her father to come along to file police complaint.

Her family start blaming Shaurya for instigating her and even her father tries advising her not to do such things...

Shaurya tries making them understand that God has given us a sound mind to realise right and wrong and strength to fight...We shouldn't let the decision to God when we are able to fight on our own for justice...

Her mother goes on about their image, the talks in society...and Devesh too...

Shaurya then asks something I've been wanting to ask for quite sometime:

"Tum pakka uske bhai hai kya?"

[Are you really her brother?]

Diya's father says he doesn't care about reforming the world and that they need to move on without letting the entire world know the truth...

Diya speaks up and says she'll be at peace only when they are behind the bars

Her father loses his temper..and asks why she wants to defame them more...

Diya defends Shaurya, but it all falls on deaf ears...She pleads at least her mother to understand...

As Diya speaks for the first time about the way the memories haunt her, Shaurya swallows the lump in his throat...She describes how she still feels their touch, sees them around...

She asks Shaurya to come along and is about to leave for the police station...

Then, Diya's father issues the ultimatum : Once you cross the threshold, never return...you are dead for us and we are dead for you...

But Diya wipes her tears and steps out bravely...Shaurya follows...

Precap shows the police refusing to file the complaint as the vehicle was roaming all around the city and not necessarily in a particular station's boundary...

Diya and Shaurya reach police station to file complaint. The inspector at first insinuates that Diya wants to trap Karan in false accusation. After making Diya relate the entire incident, he refuses to file the complaint as the area where rape occured does not fall under his jurisdiction. Shaurya leaves with Diya to the concerned station.

Chiku's family...
Noopur puts on the show of reading Asha's palm and predicts that Chiku's wife is going to be beautiful...Asha says she needs to be intelligent too...

Shaurya's home...
Bade Papa and Mama Ji talk among themselves about Ishani's marriage. The groom's party consisted of paid actors. It was all organised just to teach Ishani a lesson.

Shaurya and Diya reaches the next station...Here also, the story is the same...
Shaurya holds Diya's hand, offering support as she answers the questions again...
The insensitive officer offers no better comfort...and even goes to the extend of refusing to file the complaint as the vehicle may have passed through areas beyond his jurisdiction...

Shaurya's indignation reaches the limit...and he stands, pushing back the chair in anger...

Urmi enters the scene just then and engulfs Diya in a comforting hug...

"Rape complaint can be filed in any police station under the zero FIR rule"

She had to educate the conveniently ignorant inspector...

Urmi, a formidable presence, offers support to Diya as the FIR is being written. The inspector goes on about how the medical test may not yield any favourable result as it is past five days. He also speaks about the aftereffects of filing the report and Diya's courage falters...

[wetting eyes...yes, she's no superwoman...just an ordinary girl with moments of weakness as well as incredible courage...]

Urmi and Shaurya tries to calm her down. Shaurya says the DIya he knows wouldn't hesitate fighting the system...

"Don't be a victim, be a survivor"

At home, Anirudh instructs advocate to ready the papers regarding their properties, dividing it equally between Shaurya and Ishani. Damini overhears and confronts him. Anirudh reminds her that Shaurya is a self reliant boy who started his own business without joining the family business. He's their pride. If Ishani, the one who loves him a lot, raises protests, he would reconsider. Damini decides it's hightime that happened.

Shaurya, Urmi and Diya reach the hospital. The nurse's insensitive behaviour affects them, but she apologies as Urmi points out that she too is a woman.

At Chiku's home, Asha tries to teach English to Noopur and ends up taking dance lessons from Nupur.

At the hospital, post the medical test, the doctor says they should've come early. They won't get any substantial result now as it has been some days and Diya has changed dress, taken bath etc. She says if they could get the dress she wore during the incident, they may get some proof. If they don't and if there are no eye-witnesses, then it is almost impossible to prove the case.

Precap showed Diya being denied entrance at her home, despite her desperate cries. Her father shouts at her to go with the ones she placed her trust while leaving their home to file the complaint. Urmi arrives home. Anirudh asks her whether what is being shown in TV is true. Shaurya enters with Diya. And Karan is instructing his mother to get the expensive engagement ring back from Diya in exchange of the cheaper one he got.
