A superb start to the episode with Diya's "Maa ke haath ka khaana" to butter Shaurya 😆 Why don't we have more heroines like this?! Well, then we wouldn't love Diya this much for being unique, will we? 😃
Shaurya just stepped into the cabin and...start! The fun! The writer really deserves 👏👏👏 for bringing in lightheartedness to a show I heard was famous for just the opposite...
And who could possibly have been chosen to start off the wave of changes in the show other than Kunal! I wonder whether they had the same script before...or changed it after Kunal joined in...😉
I'm not doing it word by word this time - you need to watch it! Trust me, it's a treat 😃 As sweet as the carrot halwa Diya bought from market and whose "lambi kahaani" she was telling Shaurya with an innocent smile 😆
But of course, nothing escapes the sharp, intelligent eyes of Shaurya 😆 but he lets her continue weaving stories around the imaginary carrots she bought with so much difficulty... 🤣
I would've liked to add a screenshot of Shaurya's expression then here...Guys, the ones who get the best screen shots, please don't forget this instance!
Diya then slowly starts buttering. And Shaurya eggs her on with that oh so mischievous glint on his eyes...
"hmmm...mhmm...haan...to..." 🤣
And ah, THE smile where the corners of lips twitch just a fraction, but conveying much more ☺️
And as Diya asks her wish to cover the hit and run case, Shaurya gets up, leans down and refuses in such a way that Diya is left spluttering and probably wondering what went wrong 😆
With instructions to remove the box from the shop and to never lie regarding mother (this one on a bit serious note) he leaves...
Chiku arrives, get frightened on seeing Diya's "bhoot"😆 and as she leaves, enthusiastically delves into the abandoned carrot halwa 😆
Now on a serious note, we get to know a new side of Ishani as she fulfills Urmi's role in NGO and saves the sex workers from having to go to police station. So, she's redeemable...Hmm😊...all hope is not lost 😊 Shaurya may succeed one day...(I'm still waiting to see his take on Urmi-Ishani rift..)
At Awaz, Diya tries to convince Shaurya saying that she was threatened by the goons...But the one who was assigned the job says he's completed the case and submits the report to Shaurya...it says the car was driven by driver, not the son of the wealthy man (sorry, forgot the name 😳) Diya is not convinced, but Shaurya has had enough and he storms away after instructing to print it the next day...
One of the sex workers Urmi's NGO has recued turns out to be someone related to Urmi...probably Urmi's brother's daughter..Urmi's niece...Anyone know about this background story?
By the way, Urmi looked much younger today...Personally, I would've preferred Badi ma, Bade papa and other characters to be made older than making Urmi looking younger...But ofcourse, it is the acting that matters more...and we can't keep comparing this drama to the slice-of-life show we all loved...We need to move on...
So, Urmi meets her brother...and shows the photo of his wife she got from the sex worker who claimed it to be her mother...
Diya doubts Rakesh and is trying to find his truth...and then her scooty fails to start...Shaurya comes out just then 😃 and offers her lift despite their previous tiff 😃 he is a gentleman through and through ...and lo, behold! the newest entry!
I read somewhere that he's going to be Diya's fiance...Hmm...let's wait and see how Shaurya removes the thorn in his path😆
Readers, can anyone tell me why on earth Ishani and Shaurya are calling Ishan's mother and father Bade papa/ Badi ma instead of Dada/Dadi? Is it a usual thing?
I have not gone into the details of the show...this is just my take on the episode...do watch it to know more! 😃
