Urmi is just a nice girl, who is shy. However, she is not a pushover, she just wants everything to go well with everyone, nothing wrong in that.
I can't see Chemistry with Samrat and Trish, I just see a lot of arguments between two people who are too alike, I think that is more boring.
People like Samrat and Trish can fall in love, but their egos will always ruin their long term happiness. Fights everyday, that will be a truly annoying show. Look at other shows, such as PR, couple breaks up every minute, because no one will give in, too much fire is not good.

You don't have to be rough and shouting and stubborn to get a man your way. Gentle and strong women do much better at taming their man any day, and that is a fact.

No offense to anyone.

Trish is a nice girl, but she needs some smoothing over, Ishaan would be able to do that.

Furthermore, if the main opinion is that Samrat is such a bad person, why would you want Trish for him? Clearly he cannot be that bad.

It seems to me that Samrat is a real RAT in marrying a girl just to prove another girl wrong in her opinion of him.

This is a life changing decision not to be taken as a dare and ruin a girl and her dreams of marriage and her knight in shining armour to have feet of clay after their union.

There is definitely something amiss in this whole wedding.

He is not planning to have feet of clay, though. What changed for Samrat was that he wasn't going to go through with the wedding, and then he decided he would. His idea of how his marriage life would be after marriage has not changed. He is allowing his ego to blind him somewhat, however. He first called off the wedding because of Urmi called Ishaan and took him to task on lying (however Samrat probably doesn't know Urmi called Ishaan out of hurt and was crying, but even then i don't think it would matter to him much). With Trisha's words, he decided to NOT call off the wedding and go through with it, in the process somewhat forgetting his reason for calling off the wedding in the first place.

Then Urmi called him and let him know the marriage was off. He realized there was more to it, and found out the reason. To this point, i don't think he necessarily held it against her or even disagreed with her. But if he thought about it enough, he would realize that this is another example that Urmi is not as docile as he would like her to be. So he rationalizes it by blaming it on Trisha.

Everything after this is because he blames Trisha for instigating Urmi to call off the wedding, and he thinks she may do the same again.

Doesn't make him right by any means, but his thoughts on how he will go on after marriage hasn't changed from when he first agreed, to now.

This is why I blame Ishaan as well for being so adamant that Samrat will change, so he covers up for Samrat a lot, without Samrat even asking for it. And Urmi should have gotten a hint earlier too, when Trisha told her about her meeting with Samrat but she too ignores many things. Then Urmi's family is to be blamed for never letting Urmi know about Samrat's calling off the wedding.

@bold, Trisha is not rough or stubborn, nor does she shout. She's actually acts quite maturely and acts way more sane than Samrat and his ego trip. Trisha gave it back to those harassers, and it was her right to do that. The next time she confronted was with Samrat, and she stuck up for her cousin and told him the truth. Well, I guess Urmi lucked out with that, didn't she? Since Samrat decided to marry Urmi due to Trisha. So Urmi should be thanking her.

I never said Trisha was wrong in her reasons, I was more concerned about her Method. the same way she went to Samrat in a fit of rage and told him how she is glad that he called off the wedding, made Samrat decide otherwise. Now, that was not good, because suppose Samrat really intended to ruin Urmi's life? So, I don't think she handle situations appropriately, but I never for a moment thought she never had good intentions.
Her reaction in that case was very stubborn and confrontational. She should have let it go or found a calmer way to handle the situation, because now this is a game for Samrat.
Her actions cause the opposite of what she intended. So, how is her method correct?

She didn't go into him in a fit of rage. She waited for him and told him what she felt, which is unlike all of Urmi's family members who were begging and pleading for him to change his mind. Yes, it made Samrat decide otherwise, proving Trisha to be correct. Not many people would expect such a reaction--you would need to be an egotistical jerk to understand another one.😆

She handled the situation quite well, because she was planning on telling Urmi. If she told Urmi all of this, then Urmi would be going into it completely aware and whatever happens, Urmi made her own bed. But she never got the chance to, and her mother forbid her from telling Urmi.

In the end, everyone should be thanking Trisha. Urmi once she gets married and 'changes' her dear Patidev, Urmi's family, and Ishaan, and all those rooting for Samrat/Urmi. All should thank Trisha that she set it in motion this wedding and marriage, since you know once the marriage happens, it's FATE...Samrat is her Patidev and they are meant to be together---and it will be a happy ending where it will be a great love.😆

When I said go in a fit of rage, I never meant she literally went to him.

I don't think she handled it quite well, since it backfired and made him more determined to play this game. I have no desire to thank her, because I would not want Samrat and Urmi to end up together for a game, since it very possible that Trish will get him in the end.
Bottom line is Urmi can very well get hurt, and the same girl who claims to hate Samrat so much, may end up with him..how convenient of the cvs.

Lets just agree to disagree. 😃
