Do Hanson Ka Jodaa 18th January WRITTEN UPDATE
The episode starts with a band walking and playing wedding tunes. There are lot of people dancing and then we see a bride and a groom sitting in a cart. The boy's side of the family is dancing like crazy. Then the boy's dad is dancing and the uncle joins in and the groom tells the bride that this is the first time im seeing dad dance like this.
On the other side you see a house all decorated to welcome the bride. Inside the aunt is going all over the places and trying to get everything ready for the bride to come. In another room a lady is sleeping and she cant get up and she hears the music and says that the bride is here. Then she calls someone and says that is everything ready for the welcome of the bride and then says that i cant even get up to welcome the bride. Then she is thanks the god and saying that I have no complaint against you now as you showed me atleast this happiness. The aunt comes into the room and asks the old if she can hear the music and the lady says that i've been hearing this since vinay(groom) was young. The lady who is the mother of the groom says that it would have been so nice if i could have welcomed the bride. Then the aunt says that im doing all of that arent i and its going very well. Then she leaves and says that i wonder where this sumi and preeti are.
At the front door the bride and groom are waiting when an lady says who's going to do the arti. Then the aunt comes and says that im going to do it and she does that and then tells the bride to kick the kalush towards the inside and when she bends to put it on the floor she sees that the groom is wearing payal. She gets up and says that i'll take the bride's arti later but first let me fix this 2 and she holds the girls ears.
Outside fireworks are done and then you see preeti and sumi coming out in different clothes from before and welcome their bhai and bhabhi. The all go towards the house. Then at the front door chachi takes the bride's arti. At the side preeti is telling sumi how nice and lovely this customs are and sumi says that are lovely but sooo many and preeti says this is life and a never breaking kinda dream. Then she says that isnt all so pretty and sumi says yea just like your type of movies.
Then both of them go and get the kumkum plate and the bride steps on it and then takes few steps. Then the chachi tells them to take blessing from the god but vinay says no and says that there is someone else that comes before god to me. Then the both go to the room where his mom is. They both touch her feet and take blessing and then she says that radhika you are really a radhika by name and also my your face. Then the mom starts to cough and she says that its nothing and she'll be good soon and hearing this preeti has tears in her eyes and is about to leave when the mom says that i thought you were going to decorate you bhai's room like in your movies. Then she and sumi run out and go to decorate the room.
Then the girls bring their bhabhi into the room and tell her how they changed it nd decorated it just for her. Then they both tell her to sit in the middle of the bed and to put the gungat in front covering her face just like in the movies. Then preeti tells sumi if she remembered a movie dialogue and from there they start to talk about how preeti like romantic movies and how sumi like action movies. Then preeti tells her bhabhi that she should be shy and just then her brother comes and tell them to leave and they run out of the room.
Vinay then closes the door and goes to radhika. He then says that today this night is very special for us because its a start of a new world. Then he says that we arent alone in this world and that your family is in it too. Then he says that we have to be there for them in bad and in good and can i expect this from you. Radhika then tells him that if you didnt expect this from me then i would have felt every bad.
In Preeti's room preeti is talking to a picture of salman khan and then it goes into a scene from Maine Pyar Kya and then it goes into Hum Saath Saath Hain and then it comes back to Maine Pyar Kya and then it goes to Vivah scene. Just then sumi comes and spins preeti round and round and then chase each other around the room for few minutes and then sit on the bed. Then sumi tells preeti about the guy Rishi that she heard from preeti's parents room. Then preeti goes into daydream and the song from Mujhe se Dosti Karoge was playing in the back and the episode ends on her face.
