Voting is the only thing I can do as i don't know much about MOTW😔
But I have one suggestion,that is secret polling,one member can do one vote at a time and if the members likes to reveal whom they are voted they can do so by commenting
There should be a time limit for voting,for example,Saturday morning to Sunday evening
and the person who is making the thread can announce the motw at Sunday night or Monday morning
It's only a suggestion😉
