Chapter 4
"arey machmach jaldi kar yaar we have to go...Antara and Rukhsana are waiting for us..itna kya make up kar raha hai?? ladkiyaan bhi itna nai sajti..waise bhi tu toh mast dikhta hai..toh Rukhsana ko toh tu aise hi acha lagega!" Raghu said..he was getting impatient to meet his Miss Kaul.
"Han bhai...bas ho gaya...arey bhai tu samajhta nai hai..tu toh waise hi itna handsome dikhta hai..tujhpe toh ladkiyan marti hai..lekin mai toh tere jitna handsome nai hun na mereko thopna padta hai! chal main ready ho gaya...nikalte hain" Machmach replied.
AFTER AN HOUR...
"Bhai tune hai na bahut acha kiya jo uss aman ke bachche ko ullu bana diya...woh na jane hum kahan kahan dhundh raha hoga...kahin Dal lake mein kood gaya toh humein dhundhte dhundhte..?? Bada maza aayega..."
"Tu thoda chup karega machmach...?? poora din machmach karta rehta hai apne muh ko thoda toh rest de diya kar..bichara thak gaya hoga!!" Raghu said..he was looking for Antara.
"RAGHU!!!" antara called him from behind
"Miss Kaul..kahan the tum log kab se dhundh raha tha tum dono ko!!" Raghu replied sounding worried.
Machmach's face brightened on seeing Rukhsana..Raghu was lost in Antara...he was just stunned to see her beauty...
"Miss Kaul..you look so beautiful!!" Raghu blurted out.
Antara was shocked to hear this..she couldn't believe her ears..did Raghu just call her beautiful?? Antara looked into Raghu's eyes..and the both of them were lost in each other...
Antara broke out of her trance when Rukhsana cleared her throat.."Zara sambhal ke antara ji...mujhe toh lag raha hai tu uske pyaar mein paagal ho rahi hai..!!" she said softly.
"Chup kar Rukhsana!! Aisa kuch bhi nai hai...aur tu toh mat hi bol...main machmach ko bolun ki tu use pasand karne lage hai??" Antara said...Rukhsana's little secret was safe with her..but she threatened her a little so that Rukhsana stopped teasing her.
"Nahi!!! mere bare mein kuch mat bolna antara...main tujhe mar dalungi tu apna muh bhi kholi toh!!" Rukhsana warned.
"kya khusur pusur ho rai hai tum dono ladkiyon mein zara hume bhi toh pata chale..!!" Machmach said.
"Arey nahi machmach kuch nahi chalo ghumte hain..!" Antara said smiling.
"Han chalo...chalte hain... waise maine suna hai ki yeh jagah bahut sundar hai!" Machmach asked Rukhsana...he didn't leave even one chance of talking to her.
"Waise toh humara kashmir hi bahut sundar hai!!" Rukhsana replied excitedly...
Raghu and Antara were quitely walking with each other...they didn't know what t talk about but suddenly Antara reacted on hearing Rukhsana's sentence and reacted saying.."lekin issi sundarta ko terrorists barbad karne par tule hue hain...hum logo ne unka kya bigada hai??"she said
Raghu noticed that there were tears in her eyes...he decided to ask her why she was crying..he slowed down his speed and let Rukhsana and Machmach pass ahead...
"Miss Kaul..?? Kya hua tu ro kyun rai hai..? koi baat hai kya? mujhe bata sakti hai agar tujhe thik lage toh.." Raghu asked..he was really concerned about Antara.
"Woh...teen saal pehle...ek bomb blast mein meri choti behen ki maut ho gayi thi...uski kya galti thi Raghu..usne kya kiya tha jo usko yeh saza mili..?" she said and burst into tears.
Raghu was deeply moved on hearing this..he couldn't believe how similar both of their lives were..antara had also lost her younger sister...he couldn't control himself..tears welled up in his eyes too..
"Miss Kaul panch saal pehle maine apni ankhon se uss aurat ko meri choti behen ko maarte hue dekha tha...main samajh sakta hun ki tujh par se kya guzri hogi..."he said.
the both of them looked at each other..Raghu couldn't bear to see Antara crying..he hugged her tightly...to his immense surprise Antara hugged him back...they stood there for a long time finding solace in each other's arms..Antara broke the hug and looked into Raghu's eyes...Raghu looked down into her eyes..and wiped the tear of her cheek..Suddenly Antara came to her senses and moved away from Raghu..Raghu smiled at her and said.."Aaj ke baad jabhi tujhe apni behen ki yaad aaye toh mujhse baat karna...kyunki main tera dard achi tarah se samajh sakta hun!"
"Thank you Raghu..tumse baat karne ke baad mera mann halka ho gaya..aur haan zaroor ab se jabhi mujhe meri behen ki yaad aayegi main tumse hi baat karungi mujhe acha mehsoos hoga!" she said smiling.
Both of them started walking again...only to see that Rukhsana and Machmach were nowhere..Antara got worried and said" Raghu woh dono nai hai chalo jaldi chalte hain aur unhe dhundhte hai!!" she said and started walking quickly.
Raghu caught her by the wrist..."Miss Kaul...woh mujhe tujhse kuch baat karni hai...!" he said with a smile on his face.
So guys what do you think Raghu wants to tell Antara?? 😉
