Chapter 7

"Honestly, I always feel jealous whenever you give someone the kind of attention that I want from you.."

Nikita was waiting for Ayaz in parking area in deep thinking...Her facial expressions clearly shows that she is thinking over something very seriously..."What to do with this Guy..Kuch kehta bhi toh nahi hai.I know he is upset with me...Aur hona bhi chahiye..meine kab mana kiya hai..In fact he must have scold me abhi tak toh ,but main problem toh yahi hai na..Janab toh evening se aisa behave kar rahe hi jaise kuch hua hi na ho..I mean No gussa, no scolding n all..Nothing..Ab koi kare toh kya kare"

She was blabbering with herself when Ayaz entered..He saw her talking to herself and shook his head.."Kuch nahi ho sakta iska"

Ayaz: " O Meri Rajdhani Express...Ab koi aur nahi mila baat karne ko toh khud se baat karna start kar diya"..His sudden voice broke her trance.."Huun..oh tum ho.Nahi wo mein"..

Ayaz: "Oye kahaan khoyi ho madam..Ghar nahi jana...Chalo lets go..Its already 8 PM."

Nikita:" Yaah...Chalo"...She said and looked at him unsurely...She tried to find any expressions on his face but what he got an amused expressions and a sweet smile..His smile...Always takes away all her tensions.

Ayaz was driving and Nikita again lost in her own world.."See, Still he is behaving so normal..Ab puchun ya nahi.Kahin puchne par gussa ho gaya toh..But gussa toh wo already hai..But phir gussa kar kyun nahi raha..Aarrgghh..I am going to kill u Ayaz..see kitne Aaram se drive kar raha hai and here I am so disturbed"..Nikita muttered under her breath.

Ayaz looked at him confused and said: "Kuch kaha Tumne"

Nikita" Kuch nahi"..She said irritated and give her best glare

Ayaz::"wooh Girl..What happened to u..why r u behaving lyk this?"

Nikita: "Yahi toh mein tumse puchna chahti hun..What happened to u haan..Why r u behaving lyk this"

Ayaz got more confuse and said : "Aare meine kya kiya..I am toh behaving Normally Only"

Nikita said frustratedly: "Yahi toh problem hai..Why r u behaving so normally..Tumhe toh mujhpar gussa hona chahhiye..Mujhe daanta chahiye"

Ayaz: "Nikita my dear,As much as I love to scold you"..she glare him..."Mera matlab hai but koi reason bhi toh hona chahiye.".

Nikita : "Reason diya toh meine..Wo aaj meine Lunch finish kar diya sara"..She said innocently

Ayaz looked at him..She is so innocent..He smiled at her and said.."Correction madam..tumne nahi..Vinni and Akshay ne..And tumhe lagta ahi itni small si baat par Mein tumse gussa ho jaunga"

Nikita nodded innocently

Ayaz chuckled seeing her expressions: "No way yaar..We are best friends..Aur waise bhi I know how much Akshay and Vinni both love Allo Parantha..I am sure unhone tumhari baat suni hi nahi hogi"

Nikita:" Pakka you are not upset with me na?"

Aya: "No my stupid BBF..How can I upset with my best friend wo bhi tab jab wo thodi crack ho"..he said and wink at her.

Nikita Smiled at him and said: "Akshay was so right..He was saying the same thing ki mein bina wajah hi pareshan ho rahi hun..Tum mujhse gussa ho hi nahi sakte".

As soon as Nikita takes Akshay's name, Ayaz expressions again changed to irritation but it all go unnoticed by NIkita..Because she was busy talking nonstop as usual.

"He is a nice guys, Nahi..And a good actor too..Pata hai,he was consoling me so much..Mein toh itna hyper ho gayi thi kya kahun.but it was Akshay only jisne wahi kaha jo abhi tumne kaha"..And she go on and on..Ayaz feel so frustrated..But the Most Surprised thing is that he even himself was so confused and surprised of his feelings..Why he is feeling like this?..After all Akshay is a nice guy and his friend too..So if Nikita is saying same thing toh why he is not liking it..Reason chahe jo hi ho one thing is sure..He is not at all liking the importance Nikita giving to Akshay..PERIOD !

He was so lost in his thought that he didn't even noticed that Nikita calling him

Nikita: "Are u even listing to me?"

Ayaz: "yaah yaah, of course yaar"...He got off guard..."Sorry wo was thinking something else..so yaah,u were saying"

Nikita: "Nothing...Ab toh ho gayi puri baat"..She said Pouting.

Ayaz said smiling: " haan toh koi aur baat start kar do..tumhe kon sa tym lagta hai baat start karne me"

Nikita:" Whatever dude"

Like this they continue their banter till they reached Nikita's house...She wished him good night and get down from the car..Ayaz was seeing her retiring figure with a sweet smile yet confused Feelings.

After Few days

It was ar 8PM, Ayaz was too tired after a long day Shooting and was waiting For Nikita since 20 min as she was engrossed in the regular, now-a-days, after pack up chat session with Vinni and as usual Akshay... Though he wanted Nikita to come soon as he was really tired, but seeing her engrossed in the never ending chat session by Akshay he decided against it.

It was more than 8:10 by the clock when she finally bid Vinni & Akshay goodnight, plus she was bit concerned seeing the tired look on Ayaz's face, she wanted to come early but Akshay just didn't let her go. But as soon as Akshay's last joke finished she almost ran to the parking Area, opening the door she found him sitting on Driving seat waiting for her.. Without wasting another second she came and sat by his side.

Ayaz:" Why r u late yaar..Come on its almost 8: 15 pm"...He said lil irritated.

Nikita bite her lips and said:"so sorry.. Wo main pehle aane waali thi magar wo Akshay...Anyway choro use,I won't be late from tomorrow pakka. "...she gave him her sweet smile and all his irritation just flew from window. As Always.

Two more days passed and Nikita could not keep her promise to Ayaz. Reason being Akshay. Who, to Ayaz's annoyance now, kept clinging to Nikita. He wondered what they talked of all the time plus another disappointment, he started getting more scenes with Nikita..So they got more time to spend together. The most Annoying thing Was that Nikita is also giving importance to him. And he is not liking all this one bit. After all she is his best friend not Akshay's...And here she is again chatting with him like anything..chalo mein bhi toh dekhta hun.,.baatein kya karte hai..he came near them. Just as he reached there he head Akshay saying:

" You know Vinni I just remembered something... once an elephant fell in love with an ant and confessed his love but she denied saying... How many times should I tell you that our family doesn't approve of 'intersize' marriages " everybody laughed, except Ayaz, who made no efforts to hide his displeasure from him, especially because Nikkita's head was now resting on Akshay's shoulder and she was laughing like maniacs. Gosh this girl na..Enough is enough

Ayaz : "Nikita..Are you coming ya mein jaun.".

Nikita was caught off guard by his sudden rude voice. She calm herself and said: "haan baba,..Aa rahi hun..chalo"

They bid goodnight to Vinni and Akshay and headed off to home. All the way Ayaz was in bad mood. He didn't even replied to any of Nikita's joke or anything. Once they reached Nikita's home he said goodnight that too very dryly. Tab tak Nikita had enough so finally she asked"

Nikiat: "Ayaz,what happened to yaar?..Tab se dekh rahi hun..Hua kya hai?"

Ayaz :" Nothing happened"..He again said ignoring her concern.

Nikita raised eyebrow at him..As she was about to probe him further suddenly her eyes fell on something

" Ayaz! yeh tumhare hath main kya hua ? " she held his hand which had a small bandage near his wrist. Everything else forgotten.

" Kuch nahi " he pulled his hand away " Wo aaj fighting scene mein thodi chot lag gayi thi"..he said looking at other side.

" Dikhao, jyada to nahi lagi ? tumne mujhe bataya kyun nahi ? " she was worried, both by his injury and now by his sudden sullen mood.

" Itni bhi koi badi baat nahi hai Nikita ,waise bhi tum itna busy rehti ho aajkal... tumhe fursat hi kahan hai, kaam se.. Akshay se,uske jokes se " she froze hearing the words, he takes his hand back and said: bahut raat ho chuki hai,I think u should go"

Nikita:" Ayaz ye tum kya keh rahe ho..Akshay me and vinni toh bas..

Ayaz cut her words in between and said : I don't want to listen anything yaar..Mein kuch keh thode hi raha hun..After all its ur life..jo karna hai karo..Mein hota kaun hun?..who the hell I am to u,jo tumhe koi fark pade..

"How could you even say-'" Nikita whispered but then immediately got up and went out from the car, with her back facing towards him...She couldn't even tell him how much his words had hurt her...Mein hota kon hun??!! only She knew how much he meant to her!! He is her best friend, the only person she trust completely. Her Everything! how could he even say something like that..??

Ayaz felt really low...he had hurt her...he saw it the moment those words left his mouth...he had really hurt her with his words! how could he?? She was the only family he had in this city!! the only one who had cared for him so much,, put his wishes and needs before her...and he what had done in return?? hurt her with his downright insensitive words!! she had just enjoying with her friends. How could he be so insecure..How could he.

Ayaz got down and stand beside her.."I'm sorry Nikita,"he whispered genuinely, 'I didn't mean it like that,'

Nikita closed her eyes determined something and again open them: "Your words really hurt me Ayaz," She said, her voice choked up. "I didn't expect this. Not at least from you". By saying this she ran inside her house leaving Ayaz all alone..

Ayaz was now angry on himself. How could he do something like this? He just hurted his best friend that too because of his useless feelings and insecurities...he will never forgive himself for this..Ever

Yaah..So this is it..This the most important and difficult chapter for me to write😳..I hope I am able to portrayed all the feelings correctly😳..Really looking forward for ur comments guys..And yaah, don't forget to hit the like button.😛
