The Help thread has answered you. And it will be put up on the forum as soon as somebody gets a link. I have time and again requested the TM to post the queries on Help thread. I have merged threads, requested through pms but it seems the TM is not ready to heed to it.
This is the last time I am closing the thread with a note. If the member doesnot have patience to wait for an answer on the Help thread, that doesnot mean the member can post a query on a separate thread. The members are nice enough to answer you queries everytime, but please do not consider this as a right. The queries go in the Help thread and nowhere else. Next time a warning will be issued on this.
