When they're all you can think about...
Picture this, you're sitting in a lecture full of 100+ students, the lecturer is banging on about some "Important" thing that you should totally note but what are you doing? Head slightly up, away from the boring board of information, mind totally switched off, thinking about that moment of realisation from yesterday's episode.Later, your friend is begging [okay slightly exaggerated] you to listen to a song she just heard, but what song is really stuck in your head? "Mera mahi tu, mera ranjha tu" and the way Raghu started singing in the precap and the camera used to shoot with totally made you ga-ga.
At lunch, you're standing in the canteen, wondering what to eat. "Should I have a plate of fries or a packet of crisp?" But what's really in the back of your mind? Vadda pau and the somosas' that Antara secretly ate, the leftover chutney still on her face yet Raghu didn't wipe it off!
Finally, it's time to go home. You're in the bus waiting for the long-lasting traffic to finally cease and so you can jump into the warmth of your home. You're bored whilst waiting, but what do you think of? How quickly the time should go so that you can run to your tv/laptop/tablet and watch how Raghu tells Antara and Antara tells Raghu "god-dammit, I love you!"

Honestly, I haven't watched this show since Uni started 3 weeks ago and so yesterday I decided "enough was enough, I'm going to quickly get up to date with the show!" And omg, I just... I just couldn't even express how good the episodes were! I mean, I watched around 14 episodes(?) and I have to admit all of them were extremely well written, and the plot line was getting somewhere! That god damned hug between Raghu and Antara when he came late back to the wedding and the anticipation in her eyes! <3 Nikita was excellent in that scene! She has honestly upped her acting in the last few weeks!
Coming back to the last couple of episodes; though Aman is shown as the guy that led Raghu to deliver the parcel that led to the bombing, I have mixed feelings about the guy because he does want to put things right, and does feel some guilt especially since he realised Dr Kaul is Antara's dad. But the guy seriously needed to gain some balls and tell Raghu himself than writing a letter that oh-so-conveniently went into the hands of Daya Mai. Can I get a eye roll, please?
And to those reports about Ruksana being the parallel lead should not ever be trusted! Vinny Arora, though only a cameo, did amazing in her role! She seemed so genuine and the ending scene in the previous episode where she made Raghu realise his love for Antara could not have been done any perfectly! It was simple and sweet, not dragging for 100+ episodes, and that's exactly what made this show work really well in my opinion! It's not over the top, (most of the time) and the episodes have become really gripping.
It's like I said before, the story has only just begun. The real story starts when Antara and Raghu fall in love and have to face the consequences. [But more on that on my next post, muaha!]
