ST ke liye pehla condition he... jo bhii DT banna chahtehe.. uske record clear hona podega.. ekbar bhii warning mila to disqulified

sticky thoda late me karte he... but agar tum 2-3 page search karogii to tume mile jayega...

and jo bhii WU dete he... shayad ussne DT ke liye apply nehii kiya...

ya phir uske application accepted nehii hua... dont know...
