Guys keep calling them and show the fan power ..

Dhanya I guess that girl was irritated by our back to back calls and so was sarcastic there .. her job is just to take feedback and forward to channel .. so whether they r angry or happy , we got to make our points bas

thanks Jyoti, sheena and heera for sharing yr experience with the customer service of Zee.

First of all why that person wanted to know if the caller related to PH or CV's. Something fishy going on at Zee

secondly I am not surprised with their attitude. few years back I had to call their office here in UK and my god did I waste my money on phone calls. I was being passed around from number to another number but at end of day I still did not manage to speak to the right person or dept.

@Shobhi : I think the person was sarcastic because it hurts their ego when we told bitter truth about promos .. they had no other excuse because they cant even debate on trps .. we r the no.2 show either .. so all they could tell us is to keep watching and how they will forward our request blabla 😆😆

Seriously speaking I don't understand channel philosophy

Do dil isn't promoted

Now you will find it weird but yhm is 5 on all channel shows but has shown just one promo in last 1.5 months

its strange why all channels take their high trp shows for granted .. I understand they might want the low ones to come up too but why cant there b a proper balance 😕
