Yeah agree they most likely will not take the legal way because it is a serial afterall so they are going to do what they can for dramatic purposes.
If Shivani does find out I hope she doesn't chase him again, really want her to give him some space so he can figure things out on his own and realize that he actually does have feelings for her. From the new article it looks like that might happen.
