From raghu's own words its clear that the marriage is fake...

He wants to marry sumitra... he wants to keep his promise to her... n yet he takes the pain n time to do a fake marriage when easily he could have actually married her in a mandir... why didn't he do it?

Now that he is divorced he could now marry sumitra without comming bigamy? Why don't he do it yet?

I think Raghu can never think of a marriage or a wife or a family or anything for that matter unless n until he sees his babyji happy n safe.

Or maybe he knew that the mrg would b void since he hadn't got a divorce. Now even though he has got d divorce he can't do anything, as in the eyes of the family n shi he is already married.

He didnt marry for real because he loves his parents very much. He will not dream of marrying any1 for real without his parents'ashirwaad. Lata especially means the world to him.
When he had gone thru the rituals with shivani , then also it was supposed to be a marriage for short period of time, to be dissolved once his malkin and property were safe. Rashi had not planned for any husband wife reln.

First he want his babyji to settle in her life then raghu can enjoy his life.till then he cannot think of himself and even in the absence of his mother he cannot marry.

Hmm... bigamy could b a reason... n i think that although he don't really care about baburam , he don't want to marry in the absence of latha... but then how's he going to explain his fake marriage to latha?

Raghu is very law abiding and won't break the law so hence the fake marriage...

If bela knew her brother well then she would know that he would never commit such a blunder. .. she would have doubted it at least. ..

Probably wants to look good in raghu eyes that she is helping him and not revealing her true face to him...

If raghu gets to know the truth then she can forget about the real thing and the fake marriage too will be a distant dream

Though we might give too many logical reasons about he dint marry in real because of his mother's absense or he dint wanted to commit bigamy in real etc etc but I feel its because his heart is not into marrying Sumitra at all if his babyji remains unmarried 😛

Latha is not here because actress is busy in other film shoot or else she would hv been here and still Raghu wolud hv done a fake marriage only ... so well that time we would not b using Latha excuse 😆

So I believe he dint marry because he wants to see Shivani married and happy first 😃

I think something in his heart warns him against marrying Sumi. But sadly when he realizes this, it will be too late..coz he won't be able to get rid of Sumi.
