Her fantasy wala dreams hv that high standard thing ... and thats where the scare comes from Raghu that mayb in future she will expect similar standard from him which he wont b able to give her ... what for him was a simple dinner , she calls it a date .. for her its a simple sweet thing people do in love but for Raghu this is where he feels inferior because he dint knew its called a "date" ... like I said thats where he says our worlds r different ...

I feel both somewhere hv this bit of a communication gap .. Shivani dont realise in what way Raghu feels our worlds r different and Raghu dont realise that Shivani has no issues stepping into his world happily ..

her dreams will obviously reflect her upbringing n environment ... she just can't help it... she is not like ginni who dreams out of her zone ... she dreams according to her zone... but we n raghu had seen that she is trying to mold herself in his world ... n quite a bit succeeded in doing so too... n as they say dreams have nothing to do with reality... that's why its called dream...

i don't think shivani calls it as 'date' ... she just supplied a one word for what raghu was asking her ... i think there was a reason both raghu n bela were shown asking her what she meant ... as both of them only know basic english ... n both the scenes looked like shivani explaining what's date to them... he isn't familiar with the word ... n also that a dinner could also be called such a thing ... n i think the CVs showed it like that only bec we viewers understand that shivani is going to misunderstand n misunderstand she did ... raghu realised it ... he could have just told her its a casual meeting ...if he wanted to talk to her he could have talked to her in his house ...instead he called her for a dinner outside , n that too a restaurant ...he could have told her 'i wanted to talk about what happened today or anything like that ...' ... instead his words were 'i want to start our relation afresh...' ... no wonder shivani misunderstood...

n also don't think raghu will phone shivani before arranging the dinner ... i think he n karan had talked through it

i understand jyoti ...i understand why raghu is behaving the way he behaves ...n what he meant by starting relation afresh n all.. ... i am saying shivani's POV ... does she know what he meant? no! bec his words were like that ... we know raghu is not liking shivani trying to mold herself in the family , does she know? ... she thinks that its his over protective nature ... we know that raghu hasn't realised his love for her yet? ... does she know ? no! she thinks that he loves her but is not admitting it bec of all kinds of prejudices ...

n lastly , i don't understand how stating shivani's reasons to behave the way she behaves makes raghu's actions wrong ... n vice versa ... when raghu behaves the way he behaves its bec of shivani's pushing ... but when shivani behaves the way she behaves its bec she is thinking stuff on her own... raghu doesn't have a hoot to do with it ...! everybody's actions r dependent on the others ... n not just one channel system ...

Dhanya just like u r trying to see it from Shivani's POV , I m trying to see it from Raghu's POV because there is no fun if we just present one person's POV and forget the other ..isn't it ...

Yes Shivani does not know what Raghu thinks or assumes but its the same other way too .. Raghu too does not know what Shivani thinks or assumes of his gestures or words and thats where I even said in my previous post about a communication gap .. like for eg if Raghu says I arranged a dinner and she said oh its a date between GF and BF .. Shivani assumed GF And BF = RaShi but Raghu assumed GF and BF can b Shivani-Karan too na and mayb Shivani will accept it too because she is in love with the idea mayb ... Of course his assumption is wrong , same way Shivani's assumption that Raghu overnight will suddenly arrange a romantic date too is wrong ..and both does not bother to clear it out either ...

so its basically wrong assumptions from both sides and I believe we should try to understand both the POVs in this case ..

Raghu is behaving a bit insensitive because of Shivani's push only whereas Shivani is pushing so hard because Raghu is behaving insensitive towards her feelings ... so yup their actions r dependent on each other .. its just that few want to present Shivani's POV as they relate to her more while few want to present Raghu's POV as they relate to him more ... but the middle point is both their actions and reactions r dependent on each other only .. there is no two ways about it

U said what i am trying to say... there is no fun in seeing only one's pov... both r responsible for each others behavior...
I will also like to add that if one is stating someones pov that doesn't mean that one us forgetting about the other... ir thinks that the other is wrong...
