yss he is madly in love wid shivani coz when shivani hurted its raghu who feel the pain more then shivani his eyes says everything dat how much he love her

Yes. He feels her pain. But did you watch The Green Mile Movie? There was a character of a black man played by Micheal Clarck Dunkan. That of a man who feels the pain of ppl . He couldn't live normally so he accepted a blame of a murder crime although he was innocent , just to get rid of his painful life.😭 Maybe Raghu suffers from similar case.😉
