oh god monday kab aayega...hope this confusion resolve soon...and abt law i think in india husband and wife should stay together before divorse means court give them a order just to solve matter without divorse ...

I think that they jointly owned the property only upto three months period.. since the Will condition is fulfilled, both got equal share of the property... but now S has signed her share to trust and R has signed his share to S... so S is still owner of half the property... 😕😉

As for Divorce, it should be granted by Court right ? .. merely signed by Raghu will not be sufficient..

hmm...yeah maybe...as fas as remember daju's clause is if they fail to stay together for 3 months then the property will go to a trust...but y will he divide it at end of 3 months???😕 i'm trying to looks what his logic might be???if s did not fall in love with R and decides to marry someone...then too Daju want 1/2 property to go to Raghu??? who then will be a 3rd party...???

They showed Raghu signing the papers that transferred the property to Shivani, which would take effect after 3 months, but the paper that the lawyer showed Shivani said that Raghu had transferred everything to himself the reason for the MU. So maybe the lawyer never registered those papers so those papers are not on file, therefore a new set of papers had to be drawn for Raghu to sign.

We need a lawyer in the forum to solve our doubts 😕😆

I guess that lawyer and his fake or real papers whatever Raghu signed 3 months back hv gone in dustbin mayb 😆😆

So I m aasuming Raghu got the papers made again with Dr.Parimal's help and transferred his 50% property in Shivani's name all over again 🤔...

Dr.Parimal might hv informed this to Shivani which might b shown in Monday flashback and so she decides to transfer overall property to Trust then which she can do all alone as Raghu gave it all to Shivani and so she is the only owner of that property now 😕 ...

But it cannot simply go to trust unless its legally registerred in court which takes time I guess .. so Raghu might stop it once Shivani tells this on Monday ...
