I think Shivani first reaction is that of hurt and betrayal. Just a few minutes earlier she was on cloud nine with getting her project approved and she even told the evil trio what happened and how Raghu came to her aid and helped her get the project.

Regardless of how much Shivani despises and hurts Raghu, deep down I think she also wants his appreciation and respect at what she accomplished. When she sees this CD she might have thought all his help was fake, he never intended for her to do the presentation by herself. He never had faith in her ability and that is why his intention was to undermine her.

This time I think it hurt her more because it was something that she worked hard on and meant a lot to her because it was Dadu's dream. With the exception of the will and the almost slap all the other times she has scolded him was because of something that he had done to the evil trio, but this time it was against her and that has hurt the most.
