We are expecting a snow for the next couple of days and a possible ice storm today or tomorrow which could cause possible power outages. So if I not active here the next couple of days that may be the reason. My husband is getting some fuel in case we need to connect our generator if we are without power so we can use that as a temporary solution.

oh..!!!...take care Renu...I think the basements are our worst fear when there is a power outrage...well here life gets to a stand still when there is no power...he had a snow strom 2 weeks back...

Thanks Uma and Jen, I'm hoping we will get lucky and no power outages, but with an ice you never know.

@Shobhi, I live on southeast of the USA, snow and ice is rarity here, snow I don't mind too much because it melts pretty fast, but ice can last for awhile, it keeps you pretty immobile it's hard to drive on ice and don't like to stuck indoors all the day.
