Though I liked Vik's approach yesterday do you think it is right for RP to intervene in Sandhya's task. This is a task given to an IPS officer by her superiors. Ideally the officer has to draw the plans on how this task needs to be executed.
She needs to form workgroups within her team and assing them specific tasks and if civilians needs to be involved. Yes they are involved mostly student groups they also needs to be briefed and told what they can do and what they cannot do. In nutshell Sandhya has to apply multiple ways to reduce traffic offenders and she needs to be in charge of the whole programme.
Here we see that Sandhya is doing things like bill board and it seems she has got civilian groups also. But her family is running a parallel business with no control. What authorization RP has to circulate those pamphlets to people. Who asked them to give traffic gyaan just like that. Are they doing it the right way. Who is supervising them. Bhabo😆😆 as I see no effort from Sandhya's side to reign in her family and tell them properly this is department business. I hope Sooraj does not end up in another embarassing situation because of this so called Bhabo and her laadli bahu.
But could Sandhya have done it better?
