I was wondering why roy had to change sandhya's position...???

he only said it is against rule to change the position then why he picked ONLY sandhya ???
what about the cadet who chose 30th position or 29th position...does he think they dont need any kind of encouragement ??

earlier i was not understanding zakir's interest over sandhya

now am not getting roy's interest in sandhya...

why such partial attitude...???

Trainer must have seen all other cadets performances personaly

Despite making good Cycle Repetetion count Sandhya has Choosen her Position on 28

so to Push her Boundaries and to make her know her own strength Tainer could have changed

Yes why this special treatment to Sandhya either it's from trainers or trainees..what they have seen in her?what about two other cadets who were competing for the 18th position no one cares about them?and those two could have raised their voice against it na but nahi ji they will not do it...Overall it's glorifying sandhya..CV's and their logic to raise the TRP's..I think it's time for the Cv's to move from this pseudo encouragement tracks and confused Sandhya & please make her realize that IPS was HER dream.

thats what is bothersome...why to not care about other cadets...they can very well weave tracks which would consider other cadets as well...this was self evaluation task and not roy's evaluation task...

seriously i cannot relate to such biased treatment ...

To begin with I can not understand why basically Roy was introduced?to motivate sandhya?for this holy work there were bunch of people na and that super locket is also there then why him?..His role is making her character more weak..I don't think they will give any sensible explanations on this position change thing..and off topic but I am hugely disappointed with Roma I thought she was a sensible girl but she is behaving like an immature teen these days..

there are so many other ways to focus sandhya...

which officer would rebuke a sick cadet???

the behaviour of senior IPS officers are ridiculous as of now...

sandhya journey is shown in the wrong direction ! i see no motivation in pushing a ill cadet towards a ground even in military training it doesnt happen the officers shouldnt have the right to change the position where is the competition then ! roy should have changed the position of deepak also maybe he is too confident or cadet who lost to adil as he was also not in the right position...😕 the whole point was the self appraisal and if sandhya has chosen her number noone should have interefere in it...it is IPS training they are showing unrealistic thing in the prestigous institute like IPS

Officers are not ridiculous with everyone , only with Sandhya as she has a record of Poor Performer

@Bold :

To Officer Every one is Best , the one who are not Best will be Brushed and made as Best

the way of treatment depends on kind of cadet nature 😃
