Ok for past few days i am hearing this personal goal rant . . .and now it is even being tagged as a negative point for a captain . .i know ppl have their opinion and i have mine which i am going to put . .first of all i want to draw ppl's attention towards an obivious fact that in this TA every single cadet is first an individual . .so every single member of team shaydri is also first an individual . .they have been put in a team to learn teamwork but one day they will have to compete even with each other . .so if we look at the BIGGER picture every single of them are here FIRST for their own self and then for their team . . . now come to zak . . zak is a cadet as well as a captain . .we know that he is ambitious from the very beginning and it is ofc his personal goal to be the best cadet . .he is doing everything that a captain does . . making strategies, motivating , distributing tasks according to the capability of his team members, . .all the time he ws telling his team that they have to win this . .they have to keep the shaydri flag on the top . . .this ws a captain speaking . . .when he saw the timing of team vindhya his individual self takes over and he said to himself that "i have to win" . .i want to know what wrong he did by thinking so ? . . after all it's the prime goal . . .uske aisa sochne se team ka kya nuksaan ho raha hai ?. . we can not blame him for thinking about his personal goal as long as it affects the performance of his team or his own performance as a captain in a negative way. . .coz just see the fact . .every single cadet here has a personal goal . .they are a team only for a time period . .at the end of the day they are each others competitor. . .and "i have to win" is the most basic thought that i believe should come in every cadet's mind . . .coz at the moment kisi bhi cadet ki victory uske team ki hi victory hai . .one cannot compare this team with a cricket team coz members of cricket team are not each others competitor. . .even sandhya has a personal goal whose fb ws badly affecting her performance in team work during the practice session. . .if zak starts having fb of his personal goal in the middle of a task eventually putting his team in danger then we can count it as negative . . .i don't think duniya ke kisi captain ne yeh kabhi nahi socha hoga that i have to win. .🤔 . .now i want say something about sandhya's thinking "mujhe apni team ko niraash nahi karna hai" . .the wow line coz she thought about the team . .wonders of wonder . .just ystrday bhabho ws dancing on her head and aaj team ko niraash nahi karna .😲 .is it the result of someone's endless fatkaas and taunts .😳 .let me remember who has been doing team jaap from the beginning . . in the mess scene zak had said i just want my team to be the best . . Then on their first face-off he said tumhari galti ki vajah se haaregi meri team . .mera squad . .in last epi he ws yelling at top of his voice that shaydri have to win . . .he even gave her more than required time to complete a task while rest 7 members wr given only 3 mins and some secs well this decision ws also for the team. .don't you think this whole "team has expectation from you and i am making it as easy for you as possible and now it's your turn to prove urself" scenario is what making her focus more on the team and less on bhabho . .see he performed another job of captain that is to make his team members focus on task and not on useless fb.😎

But yahan the moment that aaa wala TORTURE BG music begins it seems as if IPS is a torture and ladkiyon ko nahi ana chahiye🤢🤢🤢
Honestly in REAL life no matter how blessed motherhood is IPS will be the priority of any person...

Koi bhi course mein agar seletion hota hai specially medical or IPS..Sabse pehle FITNESS CERTIFICATE CHAHIYE HOGA😆😆😆
X-RAY ,USG SAB HOTA HAI THEN ONLY START HOTI HAI TRAININING..
ASSUMING IF THEY DID HANKY PANKY AND SHE GOT PREGGY..Within 72 hrs max fertilization ho jata hai
Also agar koi bhi married woman ka is tarah k course mein entrance hota hai..
the medical has PV examination too which is mandatory and PA examination for all girls...
So who are they trying to FOOL?She is preggy yet got medical clearance certificate😆
OK I just sat back and analysed why such Sheer non sense rocks the TRP's..becoz SIMPLE YOU DON'T NEED TO USE YOUR BRAINS while watching it...
