Zakir's character I dont think is runied. He is over ambitious and little bit disappointed in having the weakest cadet in his team. Yes you will feel it that way, but as Agrima said a captain is one who makes even the weakest link give his/her best. So he will learn to work in a team, he will learn to lead and lead does not mean command alone. A lot of aspects goes into it. Let me tell you something from personal experience where I was the weakest link during my days as a trainee in IT industry. We were given final group project and it was told that the mark of the team will be the marks of the lowest performer.
I was the weakest performer as far as Object oriented programming went. Getting a big zero for the first test and the maximum mark I could manage was 10 out of 50 as far as tests went. This me was put in the team of the topper of our class. A java pro, who was aiming to top the class. There was another guy who was not a bad performer in the team. My strong colleague was shocked. He looked as if he had lost the medal once and for all. How could he go with a girl who couldnt write even the basic Java programes properly. Even I was shocked because it was as though it was on me who will decide whether that guy will get his cherished medal or not.First meeting was not great. Both these guys looked worried, me feeling a little guilty and the topper gave some ideas of project. But when he came for second meeting I guess he was more prepared. He asked me which part do you think you are comfortable with the whole project. I immediately said backend, I said I will look into data base, queries everything. He said ok dont bother about anything else just concentrate on designing data base and queries. He and other guy will work on front end which is Java.I gave my best for the database. I was good at that. Java pro designed the front end entirely on his own and the second guy went on intrgrating front end with back end.Soon we were working as a team. All teams were having night outs because of hectic schedule. Every day night we shared what we did. My other 2 colleagues spend considerable effort on teaching me Java and what they were doing. Post discussion I also sat up and went through the notes and again brushed up the concepts. By the end of it I knew very welll what I had done and had quite decent idea on what others had done too.I presented my portion quite well for the final viva and was also able to answer all the queries related to it. I was quite frank in admitting I didnt work much on front end but was able to answer the basic questions.I still remember the happiness on my java pro colleague when the final marks were put. Yes I had managed to give him the medal we scored 85% as a team though not the topper team. But I would say the credit is for him because he tried to understand my strength and allowed me to work on my strength and parallelly helping me with my weak area. He helped me to help himself and that is what team work is all about. So after initial shock Zakir will also learn this and he will help Sandhya to help himself 😃
Nice to hear ur story Sana. Dont know this training track each epi is bringing a new nostalgic memory for me from training days.😃
