uptil now i viewed zakir as an intellegent confident tough focussed and the most competitive cadet but today his behaviour with sandhya was outrageously rude sandhya's performance in the relay was poor and as a captian noone would be happy to see her in the team but wat the poor soul has done ? didnt she deserve a proper handshake wat was with zakir y didnt he treated her nicely? wen she presented her hand for a handshake he was balantly staring at her he only welcomed her wen rahul asked him to do so and tht handshake was too cold and boyishly reticent...i dont get it wat cv is trying to show here ? this kind of behaviour is not expected from a IPS in making? are they trying to ruin his character ? really cv its a height 🤢
wats ur take on this waiting for ur comments...

and the post is for character plz keep the actor out of it ...no bashing plz 😊

I got the impression from the canteen scene that Zaire knew of sandhya. He froze when she introduced herself to the other girl.

I think we will see them competing, I think maybe zahir was always lagging a step behind sandy and now is determined to beat her - he definitely wants the cup and so will sandy because of the vow to bhabho!

I am not yet sure if we can say the character is ruined...

as per the last couple of episodes.. we have seen how he is not so friendly with others..there is some bitterness in him...apart from that there has been an aura of mystery also which was very evident when he was showing interest to sandhya's conversation .

Zakir is an ambitious person..and there exist characters like him who cannot see anything which might hamper their goal..they cannot deal with it all of a sudden...they learn it slowly. So the reason why he dint shake his hands is coz he wanted to show sandhya how unhappy he is to have her in his team and also he wanted to show this to Agrima Singh...it was like a child complaing..see u r not giving me best so how can i give best results..he wanted to convey his frustration to all...but he is not realising how wrong his thinking is...
from the very beginning we saw how he wanted best team members forhis team..his idea is that only strong ppl can make team win..he think low of the weakest candidates..and trust me there are many such people in real world who look down upon non performers...

so this is where Zakir has to learn...both sandhya and zakir have to reach a common ground of accepatance n understanding...being a captain it his duty to help out the weakest candidate too like Agrima Singh told him...he will learn this but ofc not in a day. 😆

either there is some story behind it or maybe zakir has superiority complex...they are just building his character, not ruining it...

Zakir's character I dont think is runied. He is over ambitious and little bit disappointed in having the weakest cadet in his team. Yes you will feel it that way, but as Agrima said a captain is one who makes even the weakest link give his/her best. So he will learn to work in a team, he will learn to lead and lead does not mean command alone. A lot of aspects goes into it. Let me tell you something from personal experience where I was the weakest link during my days as a trainee in IT industry. We were given final group project and it was told that the mark of the team will be the marks of the lowest performer.
I was the weakest performer as far as Object oriented programming went. Getting a big zero for the first test and the maximum mark I could manage was 10 out of 50 as far as tests went. This me was put in the team of the topper of our class. A java pro, who was aiming to top the class. There was another guy who was not a bad performer in the team. My strong colleague was shocked. He looked as if he had lost the medal once and for all. How could he go with a girl who couldnt write even the basic Java programes properly. Even I was shocked because it was as though it was on me who will decide whether that guy will get his cherished medal or not.
First meeting was not great. Both these guys looked worried, me feeling a little guilty and the topper gave some ideas of project. But when he came for second meeting I guess he was more prepared. He asked me which part do you think you are comfortable with the whole project. I immediately said backend, I said I will look into data base, queries everything. He said ok dont bother about anything else just concentrate on designing data base and queries. He and other guy will work on front end which is Java.
I gave my best for the database. I was good at that. Java pro designed the front end entirely on his own and the second guy went on intrgrating front end with back end.
Soon we were working as a team. All teams were having night outs because of hectic schedule. Every day night we shared what we did. My other 2 colleagues spend considerable effort on teaching me Java and what they were doing. Post discussion I also sat up and went through the notes and again brushed up the concepts. By the end of it I knew very welll what I had done and had quite decent idea on what others had done too.
I presented my portion quite well for the final viva and was also able to answer all the queries related to it. I was quite frank in admitting I didnt work much on front end but was able to answer the basic questions.
I still remember the happiness on my java pro colleague when the final marks were put. Yes I had managed to give him the medal we scored 85% as a team though not the topper team. But I would say the credit is for him because he tried to understand my strength and allowed me to work on my strength and parallelly helping me with my weak area. He helped me to help himself and that is what team work is all about.
So after initial shock Zakir will also learn this and he will help Sandhya to help himself 😃

i think his character hvn't ruined yet...we can hope more...i think zak is an ambitious guy...he just want a perfect team...and he want to win at any cost..so he was disappointed with his team...may be for him he is thinking like sandhya is the weak cadet out of all from the race timing chart that's why he is looking irritated...but ya i agree...zak's character is showing a bit conservative and an atttitude wala guy..i think just like sandhya this IPS training is going to be a new lesson for zak too...he will eventually change n i think he n sandhya will be good friends at the end...

thanks sruthi for sharing ur story

me too from the IT industry...n something same happened with me during my team project..it was our last year in college and the team project mark was an important aspect in the grace marks...

and we were working on Oracle..n I was not comfortable with oracle..and got less marks in the initial tests...n my team leader was not happy with any of us in his team...he was a master in programming and he looked us like wht's the need of these members i can do everything by my own...but as a surprise to us he gave me tht space which i needed and allowed me to handle the back end which i was good in..n allotted n splitted the work between his team members...n i worked hard and as a result of his good management skills n our team work we topped among all the other teams..and till tht time i thought he was an arrogant guy coz he never talked to any of us in our group and he was living in his own world..i think he was so focused and he has no time to spoil with friends...but he was a nice guy and it's 2 years now i finished my college and working now..n he is such a good friend i think a close friend...and working in USA...n till now whenever i need any help in programming i'm calling him to seek his help...

so i think same going to happen with sandhya n zak...they will be good friends at the end...
