i had a prblm wid my system ...i cant open any folders on my desktop and not even START ...so plz help me n rectnly i install anti virus sftware...so i was struckd 4rm den...mine z windows xp7...if any one had an idea abt it plz help me na...n sry 4r postng this here...bcoz i dnt had any option...

actually i installed avira sftware a couple of days ago 4rm den my system was stoped wrkng...i mean all icons are stoped wrkng...not even start button ...n mine z windows7 version...so can u do any favour for that...

Hmm remove that software and format ur system , thats what i would have done , since ur having problem after that software was installed right

Try to do system restore...
while installing antivirus, 1 automatic restore point will be created. hope it will rectify ur problem...
