HT: Love of a sari- Neelu

Sandhya and Suraj of Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum might be much adored by viewers, but mom-in-law Bhabhoo aka Neelu too has her share of fans, not just in India but across the border in Bangladesh too. On her recent visit to Pushkar, Rajasthan, she was surprised to meet a Bangladeshi couple who told her about her popularity in their country. Neelu says, "They told me that I had a huge fan following in Bangladesh and people there love our serial. The women love the Marwadi culture and especially the saris I wear. Well we are number one in India. But it was great to receive admiration from people of Bangaladesh."
