Bhabo continued to embrace her. "Bhabo.. dont worry I am fine!" she pulled away as her left arm was aching her. "Ouch!" Sooraj jumped as he heard Sandhya. "Sandhya!" Sooraj said. Sandhya looked at Sooraj with teary eyes. There was a few minutes of silence as they cried and looked at each other from a distance. Sooraj slowly walked towards Sandhya with a little smile to see that his wife is okay. He couldn't get rid of the fact that Sameer nearly took his wife away from him. But right now all he could think, see and want was Sandhya. He walked up to her and broke down completely. He looked at her to see bruises across her arms, neck everywhere. He cupped her cheek and looked at her deeply. He could feel the pain she was going through inside. He felt a gentle teardrop fall on his hand. He wiped the remaining tears in her eye lids and engulfed her in a hug. He wanted to protect her. Bhabo and Bhabasa looked proudly at their son and daughter in law. "Sandhya.. are you okay?" Sooraj looked at her whilst cupping both her cheeks. She nodded a little. Sooraj still wasn't convinced. He made her sit down and give her a glass of water. "Inspector is there anything else? I need to take Sandhya home.. she needs rest.. if there is anything else I will complete it tommorow?" he was firm on his decision and the inspector agreed to take her home. They all left the police station and headed back home. They got two rickshaws and Sooraj helped Sandhya up onto the rickshaw. They headed off back to Rathi House.

Once the rickshaw started moving Soora grabbed hold of Sandhya's hand tightly. Sandhya looked at him strangely. He was firmly holding it. Sandhya looked down at their hands together and was worried for Sooraj. He didn't utter a word on the journey back home. They got back home and Bhabo made Sandhya go to her room with Sooraj. She decided to make some herbal medicine to give her strength and help her wounds. "Chora.. take her upstairs and apply some ointment on her wounds! Look after her properly!" Sooraj held Sandhya's hand and took her to their room. "aah!" Sandhya limped a little and Sooraj held her. "Beendani!" Sooraj made her sit on the steps and looked at her feet. There was scars and burns on her ankles from the friction of the rope. The sari touched the wound which pained her. "Beendani.. so many scars and wounds.. what have they done to you?" Sooraj was teary eyed and started blowing gently on her ankle. Sandhya closed her eyes. "Chora, dont make her walk lift her up and take her to her room..make sure she does no work!" Sooraj nodded. "Bhabho I will walk!" Sandhya added. "No beendhani.. listen to me!" Bhabo said in anger. Sooraj lifted Sandhya in his arms. DABH BG plays. Sandhya wrapped her hands around Sooraj's neck and watched him as he took her too their room. She smiled feeling his support. Being in his arms made everything so much better. Bhabo watched them and smiled. She headed into the kitchen to make the herbal medicine.

Sooraj kicked the door open and entered the room. He sat her down on the bed properly and watched her. He sat down next to her and held both of her hands. "Sandhya... I love you!" Sooraj's words made Sandhya's heart melt. He hugged her again. "Sandhya.. you know when I found out you were missing I was lost.. I felt like my life had flashed before my eyes.. I can't describe how I felt!" Sooraj cried in her arms. Sandhya too cried. They hugged each other for a few minutes. Sooraj wiped his tears. "Sandhya I will be back!" Sandhya sat there watching him run downstairs to get the herbal medicine for her. She closed her eyes and pictured the way Sameer hit her.. scarred her. Sooraj came back up with the medicine for her and Sandhya still had her eyes closed. Sooraj watched her strangely. "Sandhya ji!" Sooraj said. She opened her eyes. "Sooraj ji!" she tried to stand up but her ankle starting paining agian. "Sandhya!" Sooraj shouted. "Sandhya I told you not to stand up.. stay there!" Sooraj made her sit down properly. He started applying the ointment on her ankles. He slowly blew on her feet to heal the pain that was happening. "Sandhya ji what did he do to you? Tell me... I will make him suffer!" Sooraj was fuming with anger. Sandhya watched his reaction and decided to tell him. "Sooraj ji.. I was waiting for you to come and he came out.. I didn't know he was like that.. all of a sudden I got taken in a van to an unknown factory.. there he came but he covered his face so I wouldn't recognise him... he would tell me he loves me and disgusting comments! But he would hurt me if I didnt follow what I said... then today he revealed his true identity and the police caught him... I tried to escape many times but he tied me with ropes which I couldn't get out of!" Sandhya was in tears by the end of it and so was Sooraj. He stood up and punched the wall. He hurt his fist in the process. "How dare he!" Sooraj said. He punched the wall again. "Sooraj ji you will hurt yourself!" Sandhya forced herself to stand. She limped towards Sooraj and looked at his fist. His knuckles were bleeding. "Look what has happened!" she blew his hand and grabbed a bandage. "Sandhya I have to apply medicine to you sit back down!" he made her lay back on a cushion. "Ahh!" Sandhya spoke quietly. Sooraj turned around to see marks on her back as well. "He hasn't left you anywhere to rest.. he has hurt you in every way.. I swear Sandhya.. I will make him pay for your every wound!" Sooraj got a little bit of medicine and applied it to her back. "Ahh!" Sandhya felt the pain when his fingers touched the wound. "Sorry!" Sooraj apologised. He blew gently and she could feel the gentlness of his breath hit her skin. He neared her back and kissed the other wounds gently. Sandhya closed her eyes and felt his lips. The pain was already healing with her husband being clsoer to her.

After applying the medicine to her, he lay her down properly on the bed and made her sleep. He wrapped her properly in a blanket. He brushed her hair with his gentle fingers and tried to put her to sleep. "Sandhya.. dont worry I am here now.. nothing in this world will seperate us now.. nothing!" he kissed her forehead as she smiled at him. The reassurance she got from her husband was more than enough for her. She held his hand and placed it near her heart. "Sooraj ji... this heart of mine only beats for you... I thought I would never come back.. I thought he was going to kill me!" Sandhya looked upset. Sooraj covered her lips. "Dont ever say that.. you know I dont like it... how can a diya survive without his baati! Impossible.. from you I am what I am..you made me succeed in life!" Sooraj added. Sandhya shook her head.. "Sooraj ji.. if it wasn't for you my dream would be over.. you rekindled the hope within me.. I am lost without my diya.. the baati doesn't have any worth!" Sandhya replied. Sooraj pecked her lips gently. " I love you Sandhya... promise you will never leave me!" Sandhya kissed his hand and replied "I love you too Sooraj ji.. never will I leave you even if I wanted too!" she smiled and closed her eyes to go to sleep.

Precap: Sandhya has her final exam in two days time. She started studying when she remembered the kidnapping incident. She moved away from the books. Sooraj looked at her and asked her why she moved away. She told him everytime I near the books I think about the kidnapping. Sooraj makes her sit down and helps her by motivating her. She finally gets studying.
