Fake kadri is made of glass/kanch.

Glass cannot have any stain or mark permanently on it.it can only be cut with diamond.

So I guess we can assume the one with the mark is original drishti. (Maybe the kv ratna in her detected an imposter lurking around..and made a mark on the original drishti to safeguard her?)
