Admin are responsible for making AT before the current one finishes so that way people have a place to post the appreciation posts. If Admin, by any chance, can’t make the threads then there’s co-admin for that. Co-admin are there to take over the responsibility of admin in their absence and monitor the threads. Ashu should have asked her co-admin to make the AT if she was busy instead of asking them to use the CC. Reporting her will land Ashu in trouble too if this issue escalates further.
