It's not about growing up.You cannot make an AT as she is the admin.You can make any other posts.In the end these are rules.

She obviously wasn’t aware of it. There’s no need to blow things out of proportion. Admin are responsible for making AT before the current one finishes so that way people have a place to post the appreciation posts. If Admin, by any chance, can’t make the threads then there’s co-admin for that. Co-admin are there to take over the responsibility of admin in their absence and monitor the threads. Ashu should have asked her co-admin to make the AT if she was busy instead of asking them to use the CC. Reporting her will land Ashu in trouble too if this issue escalates further.
