Divorce and the way it is shown in this show

Hello Guys. This is Vaishnavi here. I am a law student. I was active on IF at the time of Dil Dosti Dance and specially when it had Sneha in it. But the experience was bad and I left it for good. This show has brought me back with a new ID on IF.

I haven't watched today's episode. But from all your posts, I got that they are planning a divorce for Rakshit and Drishti. The whole plot of Sunny and Lavanya's divorce is a hushed up thing and it can't take place if Sunny is not alive only.

As regards Drikshit, divorce cannot happen that easily. It is a long drawn process. And if they go on for nullity of marriage, the grounds also need to prove in Court. If the parties are not only ready for it, how they can have a divorce?

The best show I remember which was a Marathi serial which had shown a proper divorce between the lead couple as the wife was pregnant with her ex-boyfriend and had not made the husband known this at the time of marriage.

I am disappointed with this track as I feel this show will messed up like other shows. I feel all the writers on the forum are better than the one writing the show. I am really thinking whether I wasted my time by coming back on IF.

Well what u say is completely true. The writers in IF are much much better than the actual writers of the show. And as for the divorce thing. Well I think one should say goodbye to logic when watching an ITV show and this show completely proves it.
