When any problem is about occur or drishti touches some object related any person then only her power , her third eye appears on her forehead Varna normally it don't appear.
Drishti is using her powers but normally she can't show it 2 divya

Divya's hand start glowing usually according 2 her own wish but when any problem is there & drishti's hand touches Divya's hand then her hand glow ( during RaVan engagement & fair storm )
Yesterday during DD fight by touch of Drishti Divya's hand started glowing but both dint noticed it
I guess hand touching & glowing thing is only known 2 Divya not drishti
