1. Nidheya Suresh:- A 16 year old outgoing teenage girl. She loves writing and reading. She has a group of friends she trusts a lot. Always surrounded by her group of four friends, it is impossible to get to talk to her without them.
2. Cody Martin:- A 16 year old, sweet, introvert teenage boy. He is a nerd in school. He is madly in love with Nidheya ever since he first set his eyes on her.
3. Zack Martin:- Cody's twin brother. He is the cool dude aka the casanova of the school. Nidheya is infatuated with him. He has a huge crush on the new teacher Madeline Fitzpatrick.
4. Madeline Fitzpatrick:- The 21 year old teacher Zack has a crush on. She is smart, beautiful and talented. She is the new English teacher in the school.
5. London Tipton:- Rich hotel heiress. She is very dumb and doesn't like going to school. She is 21 years old too and is Madeline's best friend.
6. Dean Thomas:- The cute new guy at school. Very mysterious and intriguing.
7. Alex Russo:- Alex is one of Nidheya'e best friends. She ends up being the girl Dean falls in love with in the end.
