First of all, It is great to see the dmg forum so lively again!!!!!!
Now on the topic, I think technology wise something went wrong. In my opinion, the editing, the cinematography and the screenplay was rushed and dull in all of the episodes which resulted in really funny bloopers. As editors, they could have done a better job with the scenes. Although, the special effects and background score in "gore gore" was brilliant.
I think as actors all of them were brilliant like always. They did the scenes really nicely. Be it Karan, Sukirti, Pankit, Mayank, Ayaz, Sunaina, Sonia or Ayushi etc. The AR sequences were handled amazingly such as the terrace scene. Pankit had superb comic timing and Karan managed to crack me up as usual. Mayank was exceptionally brilliant this week. He has got awesome screen presence. The KS scene was really nice. Lastly, Ayaz was superb... 👏 However, for the first time, I found Sunaina and Ayushi (Anjali & Muskaan) uncomfortable. I would like to say that both Sunaina and Ayushi are my fav dmg actors, and I am disappointed that they were given less dialogues and screen time than usual. Ayushi (Muskaan) rocked in the dance!!
The clothing was superb. We got to see Riddhima in an elegant saree which refected her character. Moreover, we got to see Anjali in a saree which pointed out the transformation she had in her character from a snob to a sweet girl. The men's clothes were amazing, not to mention Armaan's awesome kurtas. He looked breath-taking like always.
At some point, this week was quite a drag and had filler episodes as we did not see much progress in the storyline but it had material. We got some cute AR scenes right?? Now, Dr. Shashank's wedding is one of the big events in DMG. So, this week was based on that and it had more of Masti & Music. However, I thought they could have added more RM scenes to please the fans, bt I guess it is okay for now. Plus, we had a conclusion on what Armaan thinks will happen if he confesses to Riddhima (the slap), we saw a jealous Riddhima, we saw sweet moments between Armaan & Paddy, we saw a dear friend Rahul and ofcourse a bonding and all the masti between AR. This week was actually full of subtle, sweet moments.
On the whole, it was a great week for me. 👏 👏
